    摘要： A method of making a papermaking belt is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: (a) providing a reinforcing structure having a paper-facing side, a machine-facing side opposite the paper-facing side, interstices and a reinforcing component comprised of a plurality of structural components; (b) providing a material for coating the woven reinforcing structure; (c) placing a discrete measuring device into the material for coating the woven reinforcing structure; and, (d) coating the woven reinforcing structure with the material so that the material forms a first surface and a second surface relative to the paper-facing and machine-facing sides, the material being distributed so that the paper-facing side of the reinforcing structure and the measuring device are positioned between the first and second surfaces of the material.

    摘要： Nonwoven double layer industrial textiles comprising a plurality of interconnected selectively slit and profiled folded panels formed from suitable sheet or film materials. Each panel includes two fold regions having an array of slots and seaming loops. The folded panel is formed by folding each fold region toward the panel body, thereby providing seam loops and seam loop receiving openings, which are used to connect adjacent folded panels in a given layer of the textile. Two such layers are bonded together in overlapping relation such that outside free edges of any of the fold regions are returned and sealed interior to the double layer. Further panels composed of heat or wear resistant material can be connected to lateral outside edges of panels forming the textile.

The fabric is formed of multiple strips which are arranged adjacent one another and extend substantially parallel to one another in a machine direction. The fabric has a first layer and a second layer which is arranged on the first layer. Each layer is formed by one or by a plurality of film-shaped tapes which adjoin one another and are arranged next to one another in the direction transversely with respect to the circulating direction. The side edges, which adjoin one another, of two film-shaped tapes of one of the two layers are arranged between the side edges of the two layers are arranged between the end edges of adjoining end edges of film-shaped tapes of one of the two layers. The film-shaped tapes of one of the two layers are connected over their full area to the film-shaped tapes of the other of the two layers.
