摘要: An exemplary clutch mechanism includes a casing, first and second hubs rotatably mounted to the casing, an electrically-actuated drive assembly mounted within the casing, and a clutching lug movably mounted within the casing. The lug has an engaged position in which the lug couples the hubs for joint rotation and a disengaged position in which the hubs are rotationally decoupled. The drive assembly is operable to drive the lug between the engaged and disengaged positions to couple and decouple the hubs. The clutch mechanism is modular and self-contained within the casing such that the mechanism can be installed to each of a plurality of different lockset products without opening the casing.

摘要: Electromechanical lock utilizing magnetic field forces. An actuator is moved between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, a first permanent magnet directs a first magnetic field exerting a pushing force so that rotation of the first axle is blocked, and a second permanent magnet directs a second magnetic field exerting a pulling force so that the first axle is kept uncoupled with the second axle. In the unlocked position, the first permanent magnet directs a reversed first magnetic field exerting a pulling force so that the first axle is released to rotate, and the second permanent magnet directs a reversed second magnetic field exerting a pushing force so that the first axle becomes coupled with the second axle.

摘要: A door trim assembly comprises a handle coupler, spindle driver, clutch, motor, and clutch driver assembly. The clutch is configured to selectively engage and disengage the handle coupler to the spindle driver. When engaged, the spindle driver rotates with the handle. When disengaged, the handle rotates freely of the spindle driver. The clutch driver assembly includes an escapement spring positioned coaxially with the motor shaft and held between first and second spring seats. A motor is operable to rotate the first spring seat. The second spring seat carries a pin or cam to operate the clutch and is biased by legs of the escapement spring to rotate with the motor. If the second spring seat is blocked from rotating, then rotation of the first spring seat winds the escapement spring.

摘要: A gear-driven clutching and resetting device of a door lock comprising a clutch 1, a rotary ring 2, a reset block 3, a reset spring 4, a reset block 5, and a locating pin 6. The clutch 1 is assembled inside the rotary ring 2, both of them rotate around the same center shaft. The reset spring 4 is fitted inside the reset block 5 which is in turn fitted inside the reset block 3, all three rotating around the same center shaft. A projection 61 of the locating pin 6 is fitted inside the groove 51 of the reset block 5, and has a limiting role on the reset block 5 when rotating. The gear 31 of the reset block 3 engages with the gear 11 of the clutch 1, thus realizing the transmission function between the reset block 3 and the clutch 1.

摘要: A left and right interchanging device for a lock clutch includes a clutch pin, an inner rotary clutch shaft, and an outer rotary clutch shaft. The clutch pin is movably placed in a hole of the inner rotary clutch shaft and connected with a built-in driving module of the inner rotary clutch shaft. The module controls the clutch pin so that the clutch pin can retract into or extend out of the inner rotary clutch shaft. The inner rotary clutch shaft is placed in a central hole of the outer rotary clutch shaft, and both can rotate about a same central axis. A first stop edge and a second stop edge are provided on the inner rotary clutch shaft and connected with a driving output shaft. A third stop edge and a fourth stop edge are provided on the outer rotary clutch shaft and connected with a driving output and input shaft. When a door is left-opened, the third stop edge correspondingly contacts the clutch pin and the fourth stop edge correspondingly contacts the second stop edge. When the door is right-opened, the third stop edge contacts the second stop edge, and the fourth stop edge contacts the clutch pin.

The first magnet includes at least one magnet stationarily positioned within the electronic door lock. The beam is movable relative to the first magnet assembly to a first position and a second position. The second magnet assembly is connected to the beam and is configured to be magnetically repulsed away from the first magnet assembly. The repulsion of the second magnet assembly maintains the beam in either the first or second position until the beam is selectively actuated therefrom.

摘要: The present invention provides for a handle set for a lock with a latch, the handle set having an authentication circuit and actuator in the interior handle that allow access to authenticated transponders. The present invention also provides a device and method for transmitting a rotational movement and force in an electronic lock, wherein the transmission takes place in a coupled state and not in a decoupled state and wherein the transmission of force does not damage an actuator that requires little energy to change between the coupled and decoupled states. A coupling cartridge of an electronic lock can easily be handed. The electronic lock can be retrofitted in installed mortise locks and used with cylindrical locks. The electronic lock can include a security feature that prohibits the electronic lock from changing between the coupled and decoupled states.
