Abstract:
A spider hinge for a frameless glass door includes a base plate, a pivot block connected to the base plate, a swing base pivotally connected to the pivot block, and a positioning mechanism disposed between the pivot block and the swing base. The swing base has two legs slantwise extending therefrom. Each leg has a round frustum extending therefrom. The round frustum has a threaded hole define in one side thereof for assembling with a fastener. The glass door is secured by fastening the fastener and the round frustum. The positioning mechanism includes two springs and a positioning block connected to the two springs and biased by the springs. The pivot block has multiple cavities for selectively receiving the positioning block to achieve the purpose of positioning the swing base.
Abstract:
An adjustable hinge is mounted on a doorframe, holds a glass door and has a stationary bracket and a clamp assembly. The stationary bracket is mounted securely on the doorframe and has a sliding actuator. The clamp assembly is mounted rotatably on the stationary bracket and has a first clamp assembly and a second clamp securely holding the glass door and two pairs of pivot pin clamp bolts. The first clamp assembly has a body, a pivot pin mounted rotatably through the stationary bracket and two pivot pin clamps securely holding the body on the pivot pin. The pivot pin clamp bolts securely hold the pivot pin clamps on the body of the first clamp assembly. The glass door is aligned with the doorframe by releasing the pivot pin clamp bolts and loosing the pivot pin clamps to align the sliding actuator and the pivot pin.
Abstract:
Fitting for fastening a door wing, especially a door wing of a shower partition made of glass, plastic or similar material, with a hinge of two hinge leaves joined together by means of a keybolt, wherein each hinge leaf features a fastening plate and a hinge eyelet. The hinge features a detent mechanism with locking profiles which hold the door wing in the default swing position. The locking profiles are provided on each of the two hinge leaves. The locking profiles are provided on the keybolt.
Abstract:
A pivot hinge for pivotally mounting a glass structure to a border frame, includes a joint body having two joint walls for securely sandwiching the glass structure, a joint hub including a supporting shaft having an adjusting portion, and an angular adjustment arrangement including a joint seat, having an adjustment sleeve, adapted for securely mounting to the border frame, wherein the adjusting portion of the supporting shaft is rotatably inserted into the adjustment sleeve in such a manner that the joint body is adapted to angularly move with respect to the joint seat for adjustably aligning the glass structure with the border frame and an angular adjustment locker securely lock up the supporting shaft within the adjustment sleeve in a rotatably movable manner for retaining an alignment of the glass structure in position with the border frame so as to pivotally mount the glass structure to the border frame.
Abstract:
An adjustable hinge for assembling a non-frame plate glass of a bathroom includes a clamp base for Clamping a non-frame plate glass, an elastic press unit received in the clamp base and a bottom base pivotally fitted in the clamp base. The bottom base is fixed with a fixing rod fitted thereon with a position-recovering rotary button, having its outer surface bored with an engage groove and screwed with at least one tightening bolt. The engage groove is timely engaged and held by the press wheel of the elastic press unit, and the tightening bolt is screwed inward to fix the position-recovering rotary button on the fixing rod. Thus, the position-recovering rotary button can be adjusted to any preset position and the non-frame plate glass can be adjusted to swing to any position fully and accurately closed with a doorjamb.
Abstract:
A frameless glass door hinge has a mounting device, an internal doorstop, an angle adjustment device and a hinge assembly. The adjusting device has a setscrew, an adjustment block and a lock with a striated front surface. The internal doorstop has coil springs, two holders, a stop rod with a central portion and a head. The head has detents and a striated surface. The hinge body has a right hinge leaf, a left hinge leaf and two rubber seals. The mounting device has a doorstop bracket, a bracket leaf and a central hinge pin. The doorstop bracket is mounted on the bracket leaf, and the head is mounted in doorstop bracket by a bushing and the central hinge pin. The central portion of the stop rod abuts a detent in the head, and the stop rod is securely mounted in the right hinge leaf.
Abstract:
An auto-returning device of a hinge for a glass door consists of a body, a spindle rotatably received in a vertically extending spindle hole defined in the body, at least two cylinder like push members respectively and movably received in two horizontal extending through holes defined in the body and in communication with the spindle hole, and at least two elastic members respectively received in opening ends of the push members, whereby close ends of the push members are forced by resilience of the elastic members to press against a flat of the spindle, when a hinge assembled with the auto-returning devices is secured on a glass door and hangs the glass door on a door frame. Each push member of the auto-returning device is able to slide smoothly in the corresponding through hole of the body of the auto-returning device, so that the auto-returning device performs reliably and durably.
Abstract:
A hinge device includes a fixed element with a plate that can be anchored to a stationary supporting structure, and a movable element with a hinge body that can be anchored to a closing element. Adjustment elements for the position of the hinge body and the plate include a pair of opposite longitudinal projections integrally joined to a pin that can be inserted into a slot defined in the plate. A pair of adjustment grub screws at the slot promotes the joined rotation of the longitudinal projections and the pin. The hinge body further includes a seat, for the mutual movement of the pin and of the hinge body, with a damping system interacting by friction with the pin to differentially dampen the rotation of the pin and the hinge body. The hinge device may be fixed to the closing element with a pair of clamping elements.
Abstract:
A hinge arrangement for detachably connecting construction elements that are to be pivotably connected to each other is provided with an axial pin with a first end provided with a collar wider than the pin body. A first hinge part with a first bushing is to be connected to a first construction component. A second hinge part with a second bushing is to be connected to a second construction component. The first and second hinge parts are connected pivotably to each other by the axial pin extending through the first and second bushings. The axial pin has a recess. The first hinge part has a fixation element extending into the first bushing and slidable transverse to a longitudinal extension of the axial pin. The fixation element has a projection projecting in a connected state of the first and second construction elements into the recess of the axial pin.
