摘要： A mobile picking platform system includes a mobile picking platform having a mobile carriage with a superstructure supporting multiple adjustable picking stations. A storage box carrier on the mobile picking platform has a pick position with storage boxes held at optimum heights for access by pickers on the picking stations, an unload position in which full storage boxes are unloaded onto a ground surface, and a load position for receiving empty storage boxes. A storage unit carries empty storage boxes and facilitates transfer of storage boxes to the mobile picking platform. A shuttle trailer may also be included in the system to transfer empty storage boxes to the mobile picking platform and storage unit. The shuttle trailer has a down positon in which full storage boxes may be picked up from a ground surface, and an up position for transferring storage boxes to the storage unit or mobile picking platform.

摘要： Mobile scaffolding units include a vehicle for movement across ground surface, a stationary platform rigidly fixed to the vehicle at a predetermined immovable height above the ground surface, and a gantry platform operatively connected to the stationary platform for movements between a retracted position where the gantry platform is nested adjacent to the stationary platform, and an extended position wherein the gantry platform extends laterally outwardly from one or another lateral side of the stationary platform to provide an operator on the gantry platform an extended horizontal reach laterally of the vehicle. The mobile scaffolding units allow an operator to work at elevated heights and with lateral reach in one area of a work zone (e.g., to trim roadside vegetation) and then move to another area of the work zone without requiring an operator to dismount from the gantry platform.

摘要： A harvest aid machine and method of use is provided comprising a machine having a main chassis. The main chassis includes a roof, a lateral conveyor belt, a chute for storing empty harvest containers and worker stations. The harvest aid machine is powered by a motor and moves using a directional wheel and two rear wheels. Workers load empty containers onto the chute and after the containers slide down the chute, the empty containers rest in a storage station accessible by additional workers. When a worker is ready to harvest a crop, the worker removes the container from the chute and places harvested crops inside the container. The worker then places the harvested crop filled container onto a worker station. After the worker collects multiple harvested crop filled containers, the worker pushes the containers onto a conveyor belt system, adjacent to the worker station, that runs laterally on the machine. When it is time to offload the containers, the conveyor belt system is activated and the containers slide down to one end of the machine to be loaded into a designated vehicle or area. The machine travels through the crop field and can gradually turn onto a different furrow when harvesting of the crops is complete in one area of the field.

摘要： A blueberry harvester comprising a platform mountable behind an agricultural tractor. The platform has a post near the harvesting side thereof with a jib-boom crane mounted on that post. There is also provided a blueberry picking head having riggings connected to the jib-boom crane and a pair of conveyors connected to the picking head for conveying the blueberries withdrawn from blueberry plants, from the picking head to a region over the platform. A hinged frame is pivotally mounted on the post, and connected to the conveyors for supporting the conveyors. The hinged frame with the conveyors supported thereon are movable from a harvesting position alongside the harvesting side of the tractor to a stowed position over the platform near the harvesting side. The jib-boom crane is movable with the picking head suspended thereto from a position along the harvesting side of the tractor, to a space over the platform between the stowed position of the conveyors and the harvested side of the platform. The blueberry harvester of the present invention is thereby safely transportable on public roads from one field of blueberries to another. Other aspects of the blueberry harvester of the present invention comprise human-like movements of the tines during the fruit withdrawing motions, and an extensive contact of the picking trays with a rotary brush inside the picking head for effectively cleaning the trays between each fruit withdrawing passes.

摘要： A transfer station for collecting and transferring harvested material to large transport vehicles includes a hopper, in which harvested material accumulates, supported on a rigid frame. The hopper may be elevated from a lower "collection" height to an upper "transfer" height that facilitates release of harvested material into the transport vehicle. In one embodiment, the contents of the hopper are poured into a collection vehicle by tilting the entire transfer-station frame. In a second embodiment of the invention, the transfer-station frame does not tilt. Instead, the hopper is equipped with a sloped floor member. When lifted vertically and positioned over a collection vehicle, the hopper discharges by gravity as soon as an opening is established at the base of the slope.
