摘要: A harvest aid machine and method of use is provided comprising a machine having a main chassis. The main chassis includes a roof, a lateral conveyor belt, a chute for storing empty harvest containers and worker stations. The harvest aid machine is powered by a motor and moves using a directional wheel and two rear wheels. Workers load empty containers onto the chute and after the containers slide down the chute, the empty containers rest in a storage station accessible by additional workers. When a worker is ready to harvest a crop, the worker removes the container from the chute and places harvested crops inside the container. The worker then places the harvested crop filled container onto a worker station. After the worker collects multiple harvested crop filled containers, the worker pushes the containers onto a conveyor belt system, adjacent to the worker station, that runs laterally on the machine. When it is time to offload the containers, the conveyor belt system is activated and the containers slide down to one end of the machine to be loaded into a designated vehicle or area. The machine travels through the crop field and can gradually turn onto a different furrow when harvesting of the crops is complete in one area of the field.

摘要: An interface adapted for high speed data transmission between network elements that decreases signal interference and cross-talk between the wires of a cable used for connecting the network elements. Various connection schemes are used for shielded pairs of wires within a cable used for the interface. The connection schemes may use pins having same or different pin numbers at the two network elements being connected. Shielded pairs carrying data in a common direction may be connected to adjacent sets of pins or to non-adjacent sets of pins. Certain pins at each element may remain unused. Pairs of the shielded pairs within the cable may be cross-connected between the two elements. Shielded pairs may be cross-connected while leaving sets of pins unused.

摘要: Apparatus and method for applying temporary raised pavement markers (TRPM) to roadway surfaces comprises primary and auxiliary conveyors wherein an upstream end portion of the primary conveyor is able to extend, for example, over the rear bed portion of a roadwork truck so as to permit an operator, stationed upon the bed portion of the truck, to deposit pavement markers upon the primary conveyor. In accordance with a first embodiment of the invention, a slide mechanism is disposed adjacent to a downstream end portion of the primary conveyor and adjacent to an upstream end portion of the auxiliary conveyor for transferring pavement markers from the primary conveyor to the auxiliary conveyor when the absence of a pavement marker upon the auxiliary conveyor is detected. When pavement markers are present upon both conveyors, the pavement markers are conducted to applicator mechanisms for application to the roadway surface. A second embodiment of the invention comprises the use of a pair of wheel applicators for applying the temporary raised pavement markers (TRPMS) to the roadway surfaces.

摘要: A method and implementing system are described in which planar board or motherboard stiffness is provided through a support structure mounted to the planar. The support structure includes support bars connected together to form a stiffening structure for the motherboard. The support bars are mounted within planes which are substantially perpendicular to the plane of the motherboard and in proximity to electrical connectors on the motherboard which are arranged to have circuit boards connected thereto. A board mounting apparatus is connected to the support structure to enable and guide the insertion and extraction of circuit boards to the motherboard with only enclosure side panel access. In one example, the circuit boards include guide pins which are inserted into slots of a mounting bracket, and the mounting bracket is selectively moved to exert an insertion or extraction force on a pin connector attached to the circuit board relative to a corresponding connector on a motherboard.

摘要: A computer system including a chassis of substantially rectangular cross section suitable for receiving a circuit board. A rear face of the chassis includes upper and lower exhaust ports. A CPU board including one or more processors may be housed within the chassis. The expansion board is suitable for receiving a plurality of expansion cards via connectors attached to the board. The expansion board includes at least one void for facilitating air flow and is housed within the chassis wherein a rear side of the board is proximal to the rear face of the chassis between the upper and lower exhaust ports. An air moving device is positioned within the chassis for directing air flow across the expansion board toward the rear face of the chassis and, via the at least one void in the expansion card, through the upper and lower exhaust ports. Preferably, at least one of the voids comprises a notch formed in the perimeter of the expansion board wherein the interior surface of the chassis together with the notched void cooperatively define a passage for facilitating air flow. In the preferred embodiment, the computer system further includes a plurality of expansion cards that are received by the expansion board via the connectors. The system may further include a sheet metal piece displaced below the expansion board. The sheet metal piece may be vertically displaced below the lower exhaust port of the rear face of the chassis. In another embodiment, the sheet metal piece is displaced above a portion of the lower exhaust port. In this embodiment, the sheet metal piece preferably includes one or more voids or screens corresponding to the voids in the expansion board.

摘要: The separator/dryer includes a housing, removable collection trays, a separator assembly, a rinse assembly, and a heater/blower. The separator assembly separates the ammunition casings from the clean media and the rinse waste and includes a rotating separator basket disposed within the housing on a motor driven shaft. The rinse assembly provides a water shower to rinse any cleaning residue, carbon particulate and dust from the ammunition casings and the cleaning media. The heater/blower circulates a stream of hot air into the housing interior to dry ammunition casings and the cleaning media. The removable collection trays are vessels for collecting both the rinsed and dried ammunition casings and the rinsed and dried clean media.
