摘要： An insecticide composition is enhanced from the standpoint of its ability to be absorbed by insects, such as red fire ants, particularly dithiophosphate ester pesticides by the addition of a small amount of a water soluble non-aromatic polyorganic acid or salt form thereof such as polyaspartic acid, particularly preferred with a molecular weight in the range of about 3000 to 40,000.

The compounds are suitable for combating pests.

摘要： A herbicidal composition capable of preventing weed growth of potatoes or soybean plants consists of a triazene or an aromatic nitro compound together with an inorganic salt, especially sodium bisulfate or potassium bisulfate which reduced the quantity of the organic herbicide below that usually required to obtain a corresponding herbicidal effect and hence prevents phytotoxic damage. The composition contains 0.1:1 to 15:1 parts by weight of the inorganic compound to the organic compound and is applied in an amount of 0.1 to 30 kg of the composition per hectare.

摘要： The present invention relates to novel herbicidally active and plant growth-regulating glycylmethylphosphinic acid derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein R represents hydrogen, --CH.sub.2 COOH or an easily removable radical (e.g. benzyl, tert-butyl), R' represents a --OH or --OR.sub.1 group, in which R.sub.1 is a cation, a lower aliphatic radical, cycloalkyl or NH.sub.2, R" represents hydrogen, a cation or lower alkyl and R'" represents optionally substituted alkyl or phenyl. These compounds are obtained by reacting a N-substituted glycine HOOC--CH.sub.2 --NH--R with formaldehyde and a phosphonous acid ##STR2## in a strongly acid solution and optionally removing the radical R by catalytic hydrogenation or with HBr. The compounds of the formula I are used as active ingredients of compositions especially for the post-emergent control of weeds or for inhibiting plant growth.
