摘要: Several aspects of this disclosure relate to a translocatable hopper that is mounted for example at the forward part of a front-end loader vehicle. The hopper receives, re-positions and delivers a slurry to a jobsite and preferably is detachably attached to a vehicle. In several embodiments, the hopper is translocatable from a resting position to a delivery position through one or more intermediate positions. Preferably, a front wall has an outlet gate and a chute extending therefrom. The chute is configured to direct slurry into the jobsite, A rising and falling sluice gate is associated with the chute. The slurry moves outwardly from the chute when the sluice gate is at least partially opened as the hopper is placed at or near or above the delivery position above the jobsite.

摘要: Lift frames for a vehicle in this disclosure may include a frame body on a top portion of a frame, the frame body extending from a first end to a second end; a lift mechanism moveable with respect to the first end of the frame body, the lift mechanism comprising: a lift body having a first end and a second end, a lifting surface on the first end of the lift body and the second end of the lift body being positioned so as to be movable with respect to the first end of the frame body, wherein the lifting surface is positioned to engage an underside of a cargo container when placed on an upper side of the frame body; and an inflatable air bag having an upper side and a lower side and mounted on the lower side to a platform positioned on the frame beneath the lift body, wherein the inflatable air bag is connected on the upper side thereof to a mounting surface attached to the lift body; and a source of compressed air in fluid communication with the inflatable air bag. Such lift frames may include one or more such lift mechanisms associated with the compressed air source and the lift frames may be used to load and unload cargo containers locked and supported by the lift frames in transit and unlocked and detached from the lift frames when delivered in an easy and safe manner.

In an example implementation, an automated guided vehicle of the hybrid modular storage fetching system includes a drive unit that provides motive force to propel the automated guided vehicle within an operating environment. The automated guided vehicle may also include a container handling mechanism including an extender and a carrying surface, the container handling mechanism having three or more degrees of freedom to move the carrying surface along three or more axes. The container handling mechanism may retrieve an item from a first target shelving unit using the carrying surface and the three or more degrees of freedom and place the item on a second target shelving unit. The automated guided vehicle may also include a power source coupled to provide power to the drive unit and the container handling mechanism.

摘要: In a transport system and method for operating a transport system the transport system includes a first mobile component and a second mobile component as well as a transport rack. Bearing rollers for moving the transport rack on a driving surface are disposed on the transport rack, in particular, the mobile component is drivable on the driving surface. Each mobile component has a linear axle and a control as well as wheels driven by an electric motor. The first mobile component is able to drive underneath the transport rack in a first region of the transport rack, and the second mobile component is able to drive underneath the transport rack in another, i.e. second, region of the transport rack. The transport rack is able to be raised by extending the linear axles of the mobile components, in particular is able to be raised in such a way that the bearing rollers of the transport rack lose physical contact with the driving surface. A communications channel is provided between the first and the second mobile components, the communications channel serving as a transmission channel for data of at least one master-slave control, the first mobile component acting as a master and the second mobile component acting as a slave.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a trailer having a frame suitable for transporting an item, such as an oil drilling pipe. The trailer includes a plurality of stabilizers for supporting the frame over a surface, at least one axle attached to a plurality of wheels. The trailer further includes an axle pin group includes first and second axle pins interconnected to respective hydraulic cylinders. The trailer further includes leaf springs connected to respective sides of the frame and mounted to the axle. Retraction of the axle pins away from the leaf springs enables movement of the frame with respect to the axle due to the weight of the frame, if the stabilizers are retracted. In this configuration, the frame can be raised and lowered with respect to the surface. Methods of use are also disclosed.

The running and carrying structure of the stilt vehicle having four wheels comprises, oriented transversely relative to the travel direction, front and rear transverse structures, on which two stilt structures respectively having a wheel-carrying unit that carries at least one wheel are disposed on both sides at the end. The transverse structures are constructed in multiple parts having a middle piece and left and right end pieces, which can be fixed in various width positions. The stilt structures are constructed in multiple parts having primary parts connected to the associated end piece of the transverse structure and secondary parts, fixable thereon in various height positions and on which associated wheel-carrying units are disposed.
