    摘要: The present invention relates to a modular fastening for track crossings comprising a lower plate (1), an upper plate (2) and an outer shoulder (3) at each end of the plates, attached by means of adhesive bonding, comprising means for anchoring the fastening on a surface (A). The upper plate (2) comprises a smooth central segment (2′) located between two grooved areas (2″) in correspondence with the ends of the upper plate (2). The present invention also comprises two inner shoulders (4) with lower grooves (4′) which can engage and fit into the grooved areas (2″) of the upper plate (2), where said inner shoulders (4) comprise means for housing and securing an elastic fastening clip (B) for fastening a railway rail (C).

    摘要: A fastening point for a rail on a foundation including a bedplate arranged on a support surface of the foundation. The bedplate includes a bearing surface formed on its underside associated with the foundation and also a through-opening, a spring element for exerting an elastic holding-down force on a rail foot and a clamping screw, which braces the spring element against the bedplate. The clamping screw is guided with its threaded shaft through the through-opening of the bedplate. The clamping screw acts with its screw head against the spring element and is screwed into a thread provided in a region of the through-opening of the bedplate. A free space is provided in a region underneath the bedplate in the extension of the through-opening of the bedplate, into which the threaded shaft of the clamping screw can be inserted.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a base plate for a rail fastening point, in which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened on a substrate. The base plate includes a main body with a rib structure, which from the underside assigned to the substrate is formed into the main body of the base plate and is formed by ribs and by recesses which surround the ribs and are open to the underside, and to a rail fastening point. The base plate for a rail fastening point can be manufactured in a simple, cost-effective manner and makes it possible to avoid by simple means pressing into a soft substrate. This is achieved in that the base plate additionally includes a cover fastened to the base plate after the manufacture of the main body, which covers the rib structure on the underside of the main body at least in sections.

    摘要: A steel tie for incorporation in rail track has a horizontal rectangular plate for connection transversely of the rail to restrain vertical rail movement. The longer sides of the horizontal plate terminate in downwardly and outwardly inclined margin portions for capturing ballast. A web member extends vertically on the underside of the plate member and parallel to and centrally of the longer sides of the plate and serves to restrain longitudinal rail movement. Curved ballast engaging plate members are connected on the underside of the tie to provide lateral stability. The plate members are detachable and replaceable with smaller or larger members to provide a smaller or greater ballast engaging area. The lower edge of the vertical web has a thickened portion to carry stresses. Rail fastening devices consist of a pair of opposing longitudinally extending shoulders adapted to accommodate the rail flange between them. Each shoulder has a downwardly facing abutment surface, and a resilient rail clip has an intermediate portion that bears upwardly on the abutment surface, an end portion that extends inwardly from the abutment surface and bears resiliently on the upper side of the rail flange.
