    Abstract: A data transmission method and an apparatus relate to the communications field and are applied to data transmission to effectively reduce a collision reoccurrence probability after a device in a licensed-assisted access using Long Term Evolution (LAA-LTE) system preempts an unlicensed spectrum and collides with another device. A first device adjusts a detection moment or a quantity of detection times of clear channel assessment (CCA) of a channel in an unlicensed spectrum after the first device determines that the first device collides with another device when occupying the channel in the unlicensed spectrum to transmit data, and the first device occupies, according to an adjusted detection moment or an adjusted quantity of detection times of CCA of the channel in the unlicensed spectrum, the channel in the unlicensed spectrum to transmit data.

    Abstract: A data transmission method and a device are disclosed and relate to the field of communications technologies, so that a channel resource preemption probability of a device can be effectively increased by reducing a CCA interval at which a CCA is performed on a channel resource. The method includes: determining, by a first device, a CCA start moment at which a clear channel assessment CCA is performed; determining, by the first device, a CCA interval, where the CCA interval is a time interval between two adjacent CCAs, and a time interval between any two adjacent CCAs is less than a preconfigured data frame period; performing, by the first device, a CCA process according to the CCA start moment and the CCA interval; and sending, by the first device, data at an end moment of the CCA process. The method and the device are used for data transmission.

    Abstract: A control information sending method, a control information receiving method, and a device where a first device sends first control information to a second device on a first resource such that second device prepares data information based on the first control information and waits for sending the data information. The first device sends second control information on a second resource different from the first resource such that the second device sends the data information based on the second control information. The first resource is different from the second resource such that a duration of preparing the data information by the second device is greatly greater than an interval between control information and uplink data in one time interval, and the second device has sufficient time to prepare the data information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and user equipment. The method includes: obtaining, by first user equipment, time resource grouping information, where the time resource grouping information includes physical resource numbers of physical resources in N time resource groups, and N is a positive integer; sending, by the first user equipment, an indication signal, where the indication signal indicates one or more physical resource numbers; determining, by the first user equipment according to the time resource grouping information and the one or more physical resource numbers indicated by the indication signal, time resources occupied by a data signal in the N time resource groups; and sending, by the first user equipment, the data signal by using the time resources occupied by the data signal in the N time resource groups. In the embodiments of the present invention, energy consumption of a receive end can be reduced.

    Abstract: A data transmission method and a device where during downlink data transmission, a network side device generates second information based on first information and a second identifier and sends the second information to a second device, and in the sending process, the second information passes through a first device. In the process, the second information is generated by the network side device based on the first information and the second identifier of the second device. Therefore, when the second information reaches the first device, the first device can identify the second device as a destination of the second information. Network quality of service different from that of the first device is provided to the second device by distinguishing data of the first device and data of the second device.

    Abstract: A vortex beam device includes: a metal reflector, a low refractive index layer, and multiple elliptical dielectric elements. The low refractive index layer located on the metal reflector. The multiple elliptical dielectric elements are embedded in the low refractive index layer and arranged in an array, major axes of the multiple elliptical dielectric elements are parallel or coincident. The multiple elliptical dielectric elements have a same thickness. A thickness of the low refractive index layer is greater than a thickness of the elliptical dielectric element. An outer surface of each elliptical dielectric element is flush with an outer surface of the low refractive index layer. A refractive index of the low refractive index layer is less than a refractive index of the elliptical dielectric element.
