    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for signaling enhancements. In one aspect, a User Equipment (UE) can receive a configuration to transmit one or more sounding reference signals (SRSs) based on a downlink control information (DCI). The UE can also receive an indication of a plurality of non-contiguous resource blocks (RBs) based on the DCI. The UE can transmit a first SRS on a first set of one or more RBs of the plurality of non-contiguous RBs. Additionally, the UE can transmit a second SRS on a second set of one or more RBs of the plurality of non-contiguous RBs. The first set of one or more RBs and the second set of one or more RBs may be separated by a distance of at least one RB.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a logical channel prioritization (LCP) restriction configuration for a logical channel indicating one or more control resource set (CORESET) pool index values associated with the logical channel. The UE may receive an uplink grant for transmission of an uplink communication, the uplink grant being associated with a CORESET pool index value of the one or more CORESET pool index values. The UE may select the logical channel to use resources of the uplink grant for transmission of the uplink communication based at least in part on the CORESET pool index value and the LCP restriction configuration.     Abstract: Aspects relate to configuring and managing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgment (ACK) feedback codebooks for use in wireless communication systems. The HARQ-ACK codebooks include priority-based HARQ-ACK codebooks of differing priorities, such as Type 1 and Type 2 codebooks, and one-shot (Type 3) HARQ-ACK codebooks. In one example, a wireless communication device may be configured to obtain a set of HARQ-ACK codebooks that include priority-based HARQ-ACK codebooks of differing priorities and a separate one-shot HARQ-ACK codebook. The wireless communication device may further be configured to process first and second physical uplink channels based on the priority of the first physical uplink channel and the priority of the second physical uplink channel, where one of the two physical uplink channels includes the one-shot HARQ-ACK codebook, and with the processing performed in combination with the use of the priority-based HARQ-ACK codebooks.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message that dynamically schedules one or more physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. The UE may autonomously determine a set of scheduling parameters for the one or more PUSCH transmissions that are dynamically scheduled by the DCI message. The UE may transmit the one or more PUSCH transmissions based at least in part on the set of scheduling parameters. Furthermore, in some aspects, uplink control information (UCI) may be multiplexed onto each of the one or more PUSCH transmissions. For example, the UCI multiplexed onto each PUSCH transmission may indicate the set of scheduling parameters autonomously determined for the respective PUSCH transmission.     Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a wireless user equipment (UE) establishing and utilizing a reference timing for a carrier or cell with multiple transmission and reception points (TRPs). A UE may receive a downlink signal on each of a plurality of component carriers (CCs), and determine respective timing events (e.g., slot boundaries, subframe boundaries, etc.) corresponding to each of the plurality of CCs. The UE may then determine a reference time for a first CC of the plurality of CCs. This reference time corresponds to a function of two or more timing events corresponding to different TRPs utilizing the first CC. The UE then determines a relative timing difference between the plurality of CCs based on this determined reference time. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described, including determining and utilizing a reference time on an uplink CC.

    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to determining multiple beams to use in transmitting messages in a random access procedure with one or more transmission/reception points (TRPs) of a cell, and transmitting, to the one or more TRPs of the cell, multiple instances of a first random access message based on the multiple beams, where each of the multiple instances of the first random access message include a preamble portion and a payload portion. In another aspect, a node receiving the multiple instances of the first random access message can determine multiple beams to use in transmitting messages in the random access procedure and can transmit with one or multiple TRPs, to the UE and in response to the first random access message, multiple instances of a second random access message based on the multiple beams.
