Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for clustering network devices into cohorts. Next, the systems may determine a subset of the network devices between which tunnels are created, based on any of amounts of available memory, jitter, latency, packet loss, and average round trip time. The selective determination may include, determining to create a first tunnel between a first network device of the first cohort and a second network device within the first cohort, and a second tunnel between the first network device and a third network device within the second cohort, and determining not to create tunnels between first remaining network devices of the first cohort and the second set of network devices of the second cohort. The systems provision the tunnel and the second tunnel to transmit data.

Abstract: Examples relate to a hybrid model for case complexity classification. In an example, a set of fields corresponding to a case is received and the set of fields are inputted to a hybrid model comprising a set of rules and a predictive model. The predictive model includes a predictive machine learning model trained using a historical set of cases that are specific to a technical domain of the case. A case complexity classification for the case is determined via the hybrid model and based on analysis of the set of fields using the set of rules and the predictive model. The case complexity classification is utilized to route the case for processing.

Abstract: In computer networks, unicast and multicast are information transmission methods. Multicast is when one sender station or device transfers information to all of the other stations or devices in the computer network. Multicast packets sent from devices in a network can be sent directly to a server that will monitor and record the number of multicast packets being submitted from each device in the network. The server may perform actions to regulate the transmission of multicast packets if one or more devices is transmitting too many multicast packets in the network. Thus, the server will be able to monitor and regulate the performance, security, and traffic flow of data in the network, and prevent any deficiency in the network communication due to an excess amount of multicast packets being transmitted.

Abstract: The system determines data which indicate memory usage by a process and information related to a number of instances of the process. The system determines for the process: a first average amount of memory; a first standard deviation; a first value indicating a difference between a current amount of memory used by the process and the first average amount; a second average number of process instances; a second standard deviation; and a second value indicating a difference between a current number of process instances and the second average number. The system performs a corrective action to address a memory spike associated with the process responsive to comparing at least one of: the current amount of memory used by the process with a watermark; the first value with the first standard deviation scaled; the current number of instances with a watermark; and the second value with the second standard deviation scaled.

Further, the one or more cold plates of the plurality cold plates include a guide feature to allow vertical movement of the one or more cold plates in respective compartments.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for computationally configuring computing devices and performing multi-layer cluster analysis. For example, the system can identify multiple layers of clusters of devices (e.g., shared hardware configuration, shared application configuration, number of applications, etc.) in a large scale infrastructure environment automatically. For each layer of the clusters of devices, parameters of these devices are provided to a machine learning model to produce an objective function (e.g., minimum number of devices, utilization under 80%, etc.), whose output can be provided to a datacenter operator or other user in the large scale infrastructure environment so they can make further configuration changes to the devices in each cluster.

Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure relate to automatic AP failure recovery with assistance of a neighbor AP. A method includes detecting, by a first access point (AP), a failure at the first AP. The method further includes transmitting, by the first AP to a second AP, a query about an operating status of the second AP. The first AP then receives, from the second AP, a response to the query, the response indicating the operating status of the second AP. The method also includes determining, by the first AP and based at least in part on the operating status of the second AP, that the failure is not indicative of an event also impacting the second AP. The method further includes utilizing, by the first AP, the second AP to assist with recovery from the failure.
