The method includes generating the action data based on the scoring package data and transmitting the action data to the interactive application.

Abstract: Associating callers of a contact center with their social media identity may provide mutual benefits to the caller and contact center. For example, a business operating a contact center can receive information about their current and potential customers and customers can receive additional information, incentives, or other perks by allowing access to their social media profile. When a caller initially calls a contact center, they are prompted, and possibly incentivized, to check into a virtual venue. The caller may then be known, via an associated social media identity, to the contact center. The virtual venue may then receive access to comments and other posts, such as endorsements, provided by connects to the social media identity and process the call in accordance with the sentiment or utilize the social media network for post-call follow-up.

Abstract: Electronic conferences are a common method of conducting a meeting when the participants are not at the same location. When a conference drops a portion of the audio, such carrying speech from a speaker, participants may be excluded from the full content of the conference. By having a device associated with a speaking participant convey both audio and generated text from the speech provided by the speaking participant, a server may be able to determine that speech is missing from the audio portion and automatically insert text content. As a result, poor audio quality may be mitigated with text and omitting unwanted text when the audio quality is sufficient.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems, methods, and computer readable media for a segmented video codec for high resolution and high frame rate video. In a particular embodiment, a method of encoding a composite video stream provides identifying a first portion of an image of a video stream for encoding using first parameters and a second portion of the image of the video stream for encoding using second parameters. The method further provides segmenting the first portion of the image into one or more first tiles and the second portion of the image into one or more second tiles. The method further provides encoding the first tiles using the first parameters and the second tiles using the second parameters and, after the encoding, combining the first tiles and the second tiles into the composite video stream.

Abstract: To allow the multiple communication endpoints that support different protocols to communicate, a protocol specific message (e.g., a SIP INVITE message) is converted to a protocol neutral message and sent to a protocol neutral bus. The bus delivers this message to a session processing engine, which then applies one or more rules to the protocol neutral request for the first communication session message. The rules are used to apply communication application logic to the first communication session message, then generate a first offer for a communication session message. This message is published to the protocol neutral bus. One or more edge servers supporting one or more protocols may receive that first offer message. The protocol neutral message is converted, by each edge server recipient of that message, to a protocol specific message (e.g., in a different protocol) and is then sent to one or more communication endpoints.
