A handover method of a target base station is disclosed in the present invention, including: after a source base station to which a terminal belongs transmitting a handover request message to at least one alternate target base station, every alternate target base station notifying the source base station of a load state parameter, and the source base station determining one target base station according to the load state parameter of every alternate target base station and indicating the terminal to perform handover to the target base station. A base station is also provided in the present invention, including: a handover request transmission module, a handover request response reception module, a target base station determination module and a handover request response transmission module. The present invention avoids the re-request process of the base station when the handover request fails, and can improve the handover success ratio.

Disclosed are an alignment film printing method of LCD panel and device thereof. The method comprises: acquiring position information of one or more defect substrate units of a substrate; delivering the position information to a process management system; delivering the position information to a first alignment film printing apparatus by the process management system; and excluding the alignment film printing operation to the defect substrate units performed by the first alignment film printing apparatus. The benefits of the present invention is to control the back-end processes for excluding steps of the printing operations, the detection and etc to the defect substrate units, accordingly, material cost of alignment film printing can be saved.

A dynamic high-speed comparative latch comprises a pre-amplifier unit for enlarging input differential signals, a regenerating latch unit for latching outputted differential signals from the pre-amplifier unit by using a positive feedback, specifically, converting the output of the pre-amplifier unit into a latched result at a first state of a clock cycle, and then retaining the latched result and simultaneously resetting relevant nodes at a second state opposite to the first state of the clock cycle, and a latch unit for outputting the effective outputted value of the regenerating latch unit when the regenerating latch unit being in a retaining state. The pre-amplifier unit is connected with the regenerating latch unit, and the regenerating latch unit is connected with the latch unit. The pre-amplifier unit comprises only one input clock signal. The present invention has a simple structure, and ensures the correctness of the output result of the latch.

The present invention relates to certain tricyclic derivatives which are capable of inhibiting histone deacetylases. The compounds of this invention are therefore useful in treating diseases associated with abnormal histone deacetylase activities. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, methods of treating diseases utilizing pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, and methods of preparing these compounds are also disclosed.

In a method and apparatus for correcting distortion during magnetic resonance imaging k space data in a number of readout encoding directions, sampling points on the phase encoding lines are primarily in low frequency regions of k space and the number of such sampling points is less than that of all sampling points. A view angle tilting compensation gradient is superimposed on the axis of a layer selection gradient. The k space data acquired from the number of directions are then combined.

The present invention provides dithiolopyrrolone compounds of the general formula I, and their salts, wherein A is sulfur or carbon, and R1, R2, and R3 are selected from groups defined herein, and wherein when A is sulfur, then B is oxygen, and n=1 or 2, and when A is carbon, then B is oxygen or sulfur, and n=1. The compounds are useful for the prevention and treatment of microbial infections such as HIV infection, and for the treatment of blood disorders, such as neutropenia. In particular, the compounds are useful for the manufacture of medicaments for increasing white blood cells.

The present invention improves the reliability of the migration from PC to SPC, and further ensures the reliability of the migration by a strict state control and state refresh mechanism.

A method for constructing a space-time/space-frequency code, and a transmitting method and apparatus are provided, which relate to the field of wireless communication technologies. The method for constructing a space-time/space-frequency code includes: classifying at least two transmitter antennas into K groups, and classifying information symbols into K′ groups; constructing a Toeplitz matrix for information symbols in each group according to the number of transmitter antennas in a transmitter antenna group; and substituting the Toeplitz matrix for nonzero elements in an Orthogonal Space-Time Block Coding (OSTBC) matrix that is based on K and K′, and when the OSTBC matrix comprises a zero element, substituting a zero matrix with a corresponding dimension, for the zero element. The space-time code constructed with the above method has orthogonality.

The electronic assembly is used in an electronic device and includes a first cover, a second cover, a plurality of components, a sealing element, and at least one fastening element. The second cover is connected with the first cover to define a containing space. The components are contained in the containing space. The sealing element is sandwiched between the first cover and the second cover and has conductive nonwoven fabric. The fastening element fastens the first cover and the second cover and compresses the conductive nonwoven fabric of the sealing element to allow the first cover to be electrically connected to the second cover. The sealing element with the conductive nonwoven fabric is disposed between the first cover and the second cover of the case in the invention for preventing the components from water and EMI.
