Abstract:
The present disclosure describes systems and methods for maintaining gyroscopic sensor accuracy over time and across changing environmental conditions. In certain aspects, the present disclosure provides arrangements and methods for calibrating a gyroscope while it is positioned on a robotic platform. In particular, the gyroscope may positioned on a sensor platform that is moved through a series of known or measured rotations and then the gyroscope signals are compared to reference data and the sensor's gain and offset calculated. In other aspects, the present disclosure provides arrangements and methods for utilizing measurements from multiple gyroscopes that measure the same axis of rotation.
Abstract:
A storable windshield system for a utility vehicle is provided, wherein the utility vehicle includes a frame to which a support structure is attached. The support structure includes front pillars and rear pillars extending from the frame. The system is operatively connected to the support system, and the system allows an operator to store a windshield onboard the utility vehicle when not needed as well as install the windshield over the front viewport during inclement weather without the need for tools. The windshield is slidable and rotatable relative to the roof member for storing and installing the windshield.
Abstract:
A replaceable mower blade for attachment to a mounting member operatively connected to a mower is provided. The blade includes a central portion having opposing side edges, a top surface, and a bottom surface. The blade also includes a tip portion extending from the central portion. The central portion includes at least one attachment mechanism for operatively connecting the blade to the mounting member.

Abstract:
A device includes a housing configured with a working element and a motor configured for urging motion of the working element. The device further includes a power control module. The power control module is configurable for being in electrical connection with at least one of the motor, a first power source configuration and a second power source configuration. The first power source configuration is configurable for being electrically connected to a battery assembly having a DC power output. The second power source configuration is configurable for being electrically connected to a power inverter, the power inverter configured for receiving an AC power and further configured for outputting a DC power to the second power source configuration. The power control module includes an automatic power selection configuration for automatically selecting the second power source configuration when the second power source configuration receives DC power from the power inverter.
Abstract:
Vehicle control systems that can be used, for example, to configure a vehicle (e.g., a lawn tractor or riding lawn mower) to make low- to substantially zero-radius turns. Some of the present vehicle control systems utilize at least one steered wheel position sensor to generate a signal that indicates the actual position of the steerable structure (e.g., wheel) to which the sensor is coupled, rather than a projected or anticipated position of that steerable structure. Vehicles that include such control systems.
Abstract:
A shift interlock mechanism that requires an operator to press a brake mechanism before changing transmission gears to prevent extra motion in the transmission, insuring a smoother shifting operation. The shift interlock mechanism with a brake arm that moves in a first direction to stop motion of at least a first ground engaging drive wheel and a shift arm that moves in a second direction to change movement of a vehicle.
Abstract:
A vibration damping assembly may be used with a lawn tractor to reduce vibrations caused by operation of a mower deck. A pulley belt drive system includes a pulley belt connecting a drive pulley to one or more driven pulleys. The vibration damping assembly includes a first idler pulley and a second idler pulley to dampen associated vibrations caused during operation of the mower deck. The vibration damping assembly further includes biasing means, such as springs, to keep the first and second idler pulleys in contact with the pulley belt.
