The securing device and the tool connecting device are designed to be at least partially adjustable relative to one another in, or counter to, an at least partial radial direction at least section-by-section between an enable position for enabling production and/or release of the positive connection and a securing position for securing the positive connection against release.

摘要： A cutter head for a brush cutter has a base body with top base body part and bottom base body part. A screw element is arranged at the bottom base body part for attachment to an output shaft of the brush cutter. A receptacle for fastening a cutting tool is provided between top and bottom base body parts. The base body is rotatably driven in operation of the brush cutter about an axis of rotation of the base body. The top and bottom base body parts are held together by a detachable snap-on connection. The snap-on connection is positioned at a distance, measured in a radial direction, from the axis of rotation of the base body. The distance amounts to at most 40% of the cutter head diameter. For releasing the snap-on connection, the top and bottom base body parts are pulled apart from each other by a pulling force.

摘要： Provided is a weed cutting blade device that can efficiently cut weeds while inhibiting stones from being caused to fly and a blade portion from being damaged. A lower plate of the weed cutting blade device has a plate-shaped outer periphery portion protruding outward from an upper plate. An outer periphery of the outer periphery portion includes an arc portion and a cutout portion shaped so as to be cut out with respect to a virtual circle which is a trajectory drawn by the arc portion as the lower plate rotates. The cutout portion is formed so as to overlap a blade portion of a rotary blade from a position on a front side with respect to the rotary blade in a rotation direction of the lower plate when viewed in a plan view.

摘要： An assembly for protecting components of an electric motor on a lawn mower deck includes a shaft connected at opposite ends to the motor rotor and a blade adapter. The blade adapter is interconnected to a cutting blade. A blade mounting gap is defined between a shoulder of the blade adapter and a head of a fastener that secures the blade to the shaft. A biasing member is captured within the blade mounting gap and frictionally couples the blade and the shaft for rotation together. The blade slips with respect to the shaft in response to the blade encountering a force that overcomes the blade coupling friction.

摘要： Systems and methods for cutting grass and other materials using a disk-shaped cutting web. The cutting web has a center portion that is attachable to a rotating shaft adapter. The center portion may be a solid annular disk having a keyed aperture that allows it to be mounted on a spindle of a rotating shaft adapter. The cutting web has multiple strings that are connected to the center portion and extend outward from it in a generally radial direction (away from the center of the disk). The strings intersect with each other to form junctions at which they are joined, thereby forming a web that can be rotated at high speed to perform a cutting function. The strings of the web can have sharp or serrated edges and may be colored to increase the visibility of the web.
