摘要: The uppermost metallic wiring layer in light-blocking layers constituted by multilevel metallic wiring that prevents light from impinging on areas other than the light-receiving area of a photodiode in each picture cell is used as a measurement electrode to be directly contacted with a specimen to measure electrical signals. Furthermore, in each picture cell including a circuit for reading out electrical signals collected through the measurement electrode, another circuit for reading out electrical signals generated by the photodiode is provided in an independent or shared form. This configuration enables the photodiode for optical measurements and the measurement electrode for electrical measurements to be provided in every picture cell. Thus, in a hybrid image sensor having an optical measurement function for obtaining optical information due to specimen and an electrical measurement functions for obtaining electrical information due to the specimen, the spatial resolution of both types of two-dimensional images can be simultaneously improved.

摘要: A question answering system includes a question input unit input to a question, a search unit, an anaphoric analysis unit, an information extraction unit and an answer candidate extraction unit. The search unit executes search processing based on the input question. The anaphoric analysis unit executes anaphoric analysis processing on a search result. The information extraction unit extracts sentences, which include expressions having a reference relation therebetween, as reference relation sentences, the reference relation determined by finding relation in an expressions of at least one of a noun phrase, a pronoun, and a zero pronoun between sentences in the search result on a basis of a result of the anaphoric analysis; selects a first candidate sentence from a passage obtained as the search result; and selects a second candidate sentence, which is the reference relation sentence of the first candidate sentence. The answer candidate extraction unit extracts an answer candidate.

In the Formulae (1) and (2), Ra and Rb each independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group. Rc represents a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having ether bonding in a terminal thereof, or a single bond. N1 represents an integer of 1 or more. N2 represents an integer of 0 or more. And, n1+n2 is in a range of 2 to 1000. The polymer preferably contains ether bonds and ketone groups in a ratio of 0.01 to 100. The polymer can be substantially comprised of a structural unit represented by the Formula (1) as a repeating unit. A resin composition containing as a component structural units represented by the Formula (1) is also provided. The resin composition may further comprise an electrically conductive powder.
