Abstract:
The present invention provides a normal-incident photodiode structure with a dark current self-compensation function, including a photosensitive photodiode and a compensating photodiode, where a photosensitive surface of the compensating photodiode is provided with a light-blocking layer, and dark currents of the photosensitive photodiode and the compensating photodiode are equal. According to the present invention, the dark current self-compensation function may be implemented at a chip level without an external circuit and an operational amplifier; the normal-incident photodiode structure according to the present invention has the photosensitive photodiode and the compensating photodiode, and the compensating photodiode may counteract the dark current of the photosensitive photodiode during operation, thus reducing noise caused by the dark current of the photosensitive photodiode; and bias voltages of the photosensitive photodiode and the compensating photodiode according to the present invention are controlled separately, and thus may be applied to more usage scenarios.

The female thread includes buttress thread. A torque shoulder is disposed in front of the buttress thread. The female thread is connected to the torque shoulder via a tool withdrawal groove. A protruding threaded segment is disposed on any one of a fourth to seventh tooth of the female thread to prevent high pressure gas from leaking.

The present invention relates to an integrated circuit package component with ball conducting joints, includes a substrate and a plurality of solder joints. The solder joints are installed on one surface of the substrate. The solder joints are arranged to form a concentric array having a first zone and a second zone, the second zone encircles the first zone. The soldering area of any solder joint in the first zone of the concentric array is smaller than that of any solder joint in the second zone of the concentric array.
Abstract:
An application-based data encryption method implemented in an operating system. When receiving system calls for writing data opened by an application, the operating system encrypts the data utilizing an encryption key. When receiving system calls for reading data requested by the application, the operating system decrypts the data utilizing a decryption key. The encryption key and the decryption key may be the same key or two different keys.
