Abstract: System, method and computer program product for monitoring the status of components in a data processing system that improves the accessibility of JMX monitoring information in web content. The system includes a mechanism for acquiring a text representation of component status for display as ALT and TITLE content associated with each status image. Because the component status is displayed in a manner that is indistinguishable from ALT/TITLE text that has already been statically included in an image attribute, user experience is improved for users with and without accessibility needs.

Abstract: A software application has certain keyboard hot key combinations. If the application is active the pressing of a key is detected for the application. A number of keyboard keys are selected responsive to the key pressed. The selected keys correspond to hot key combinations that include the pressed key. The keyboard is signaled to differentiate the selected keys. Further, the application is operable to have a number of contexts, where certain ones of the hot key combinations are only valid for certain of the contexts. For example, where the application includes a word processing function one of the application contexts is a circumstance in which text is selected. Accordingly, the method includes detecting the context of the application and the selecting is responsive to that context. In this situation the selected keys correspond to hot key combinations that include the pressed key and that are valid for the detected context.

Abstract: A method of calculating trigram path probabilities for an input string of text containing a multi-word-entry (MWE) or a factoid includes tokenizing the input string to create a plurality of parse leaf units (PLUs). A PosColumn is constructed for each word, MWE, factoid and character in the input string of text which has a unique first (Ft) and last (Lt) token pair. TrigramColumns are constructed which define corresponding TrigramNodes each representing a trigram for three PosColumns. Forward and backward trigram path probabilities are calculated for each separate TrigramNode. The sums of all trigram path probabilities through each PLU are then calculated as a function of the forward and backward trigram path probabilities. Systems and computer-readable medium configured to implement the methods are also provided.

Abstract: A first and second integrated circuit contain respectively a first and second portion of a parallel port, the first portion includes control, configuration, data and status registers and the second portion includes parallel port input and output terminals. A bus couples the first and second integrated circuits and transfers parallel port control and data information between the first and second integrated circuits. The bus includes a clock line providing a clock signal. The bus also includes a data out line that serially transfers output control and data bits from the first to the second integrated circuit, the data and control bits to be provided to the parallel port output terminals on the second integrated circuit. The bus also includes a data in line providing input data and control information from the terminals of the parallel port to the first integrated circuit. The bus provides data either substantially continuously in frames defined by a frame sync or uses a start bit to go from an idle state to a data transfer state according to the read and write operations of the parallel port. The mode of operation of the parallel port determines whether data is transferred continuously in frames or after a start bit.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for accessing information on a host computer 106 from a client computer 104 utilizing an intermediate server computer 108 that is connected to the client computer by a network. The host computer transmits a presentation space data stream representing a host screen to the server computer. The server computer creates an HTML document based on the information received from the host computer and transmits the HTML document to the client computer. The client computer creates a Web page based on the HTML document. The Web page includes fields and controls that implement the functionality of the host screens while presenting an improved user interface. A user can create HTML templates that substitute for the automatically created HTML documents for any one or more of the host screens. The server computer inserts session identifiers within the URLs that are contained in the HTML documents, and uses the session identifiers to maintain separate connections between multiple host computers and a single client computer.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, apparatus, and article of manufacture for version migration and fallback of software components in a computer system. The invention creates alternate boot environments that preserve the state of all original software components on a system before performing a software upgrade. The invention virtually eliminates the risks of migrating to upgraded system because users can quickly fall back to a previous operating environment, without extended downtime during and after upgrades.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel natural extraction method for cannabinoid without using any additives, alcohol, or butane. The method is configured to extract sap from the cannabis via high-pressure, heated water rather than butane or alcohol. More specifically, natural ingredients such as calcium, magnesium, organic citrus, and mint are used and mixed together with cannabis strain in a coffee filter or cheese cloth filter for heating in water. The water, having the ingredients positioned and packaged similar to a tea bag therein, is either boiled for two hours in a crockpot or for seven minutes in a pressure cooker for providing sap and bud of cannabis. In some embodiments, the cannabis strain is dried and grinded before mixing with other ingredients. The method offers a way to extract cannabinoids swiftly and easily for making cannabis edibles.
