Abstract:
A system and method for managing a network by value-based estimation is provided. A network device requesting communication is defined as an active point and a network device receiving a request for communication is defined as a passive point. A value of a network device is determined according to the number of active points connected to the corresponding network device, and a value of a network device that is in a path of communication between network devices is determined based on a value of a network device passing through the corresponding network device. When a policy for changing a network environment is transferred in a state where the values of the network devices have been estimated, a policy conflict test is performed on the basis of the estimated values of the network devices, thereby determining application of the policy in due consideration of the values and significance of the network devices.

Abstract:
Provided is an Internet information security technique, and more particularly, a method for alerting a user that a connected web site is a phishing site by comparing connected web site information with normal site information. To this end, the method includes the steps of: (a) extracting information on a presently connected site; (b) if information on a normal site having the same domain as the connected site exists in a database, comparing the connected site information with the normal site information; and (c) if the connected site information does not match the normal site information, alerting a user that the connected site is a phishing site. Therefore, the user may safely use the Internet by confirming whether the connected web site is a phishing site.
Abstract:
Provided are an apparatus and method of detecting and controlling a privilege level violation process. The apparatus monitors whether higher-privileged processes depend on information provided from lower-privileged objects or denies the higher-privileged processes to access the lower-privileged objects. The apparatus is provided in a process, and monitors whether a process accesses to a lower-privileged object. The apparatus gives a warning message or denies an access of the process to the lower-privileged object when it detects that the higher-privileged process access to the lower-privileged object. Therefore, the apparatus of detecting and controlling a privilege level violation process detects weaknesses that may be caused by privilege level violation, thus allowing a system to be safely operated.

A diagnosis apparatus for a switchgear comprises a sensing unit which detects a partial discharge signal of the switchgear, an amplifying unit which amplifies the partial discharge signal detected from the sensing unit, a frequency spectrum generation unit which converts the amplified partial discharge signal into a frequency spectrum; and an analysis-diagnosis unit which analyzes and diagnoses the frequency spectrum.
Abstract:
A metallocene compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1: wherein M is a transition metal of Group 4; Cp denotes a cyclopentadienyl ring unsubstituted or substituted by hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkenyl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl or arylalkenyl radicals; Qs, which are the same or different, are halogen radicals, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, alkylaryl, or arylakyl radicals having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or alkylidene radicals having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; A′ is methoxymethyl, t-butoxymethyl, tetrahydropyranyl, tetrahydrofuranyl, 1-ethoxyethyl, 1-methyl-1-methoxyethyl, or t-butyl; and a is an integer of 4 to 8. The metallocene compounds in this invention can be strongly supported on the inorganic support, and the supported catalyst of this invention allows for an olefin polymerization process without any fouling in the reactor, and produces a polymer with better morphology and bulk density.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a metallocene compound and the olefin polymerization using the same, particularly to a metallocene compound and the olefin polymerization using this compound on which supported catalysts are easily prepared by the reaction of the ligand containing —(CR12)a—O—SiRbYc ligand (wherein each Y, which can be the same as or different from other Y, is a hydrogen, halogen, alkoxy, aryloxy, amide, or silyloxy radical, each R1, which can be the same as or different from other R1, is a hydrogen radical, or an alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkenyl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl, or arylalkenyl radical having from 1 to 40 carbon atoms, each R, which can be the same as or different from other R, is an alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkenyl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl, or arylalkenyl radical having from 1 to 40 carbon atoms, a is an integral number from 1 to 40, c is 1, 2, or 3, and the sum of b and c is 3) with a support. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a supported metallocene catalyst using this metallocene compound and the olefin polymerization using the same. The metallocene compounds in this invention have superior characteristics in the preparation of supported catalyst due to the high reactivity with the support and minimal side reactions during the anchoring process. In addition, the olefin polymerization process employing the supported catalyst in this invention proceeds without fouling in the reactor, and the morphology and bulk density of the polymer produced are better than that produced by the conventional method.
