摘要: Methods, system, and apparatus for pre-computing data metrics. A method can include receiving, by one or more computers, (i) data from a user including a plurality of data metrics, and (ii) historical data associated with the user; generating, by the one or more computers and based at least on the historical data associated with the user, a forecast for the user using an artificial neural network, the forecast indicating a prediction of future user behaviors; determining, by the one or more computers and based at least on the forecast for the user, a subset of data metrics, from among the plurality of data metrics, that are likely to be used by the user; performing, by the one or more computers, one or more automatic data operations on the subset of data metrics; and providing, by the one or more computers, the processed subset of data metrics for output.

摘要: A system and method for creating a unique alias associated with an individual identified in a health care database such that health care data, and particularly pharmaceutical-related data, can be efficiently gathered and analyzed. The system has a first store for storing at least one record where each record includes a plurality of identification fields which when concatenated uniquely identify an individual, and at least one health care field corresponding to health care data associated with the individual. The system also has a second data store, and a processor. The processor selects a record of the first data store, then selects a subset of the plurality of identification fields within the selected record, and concatenates the selected subset of identification fields. Then the processor stores the concatenated identification fields in a record in the second store with at least one health care field from the selected record of the first data store.

摘要: The disclosure generally describes computer-implemented methods, software, and systems for projecting patients having a medical condition by utilizing multiple data sources. One computer-implemented method includes accessing patient data related to multiple patient transactions, each patient transaction representing provision of medical care including one or more pharmaceutical products to a patient. One or more factors are derived for use in projecting the accessed patient data to represent all patient transactions for the geographic area. A first projection of the accessed patient data is calculated using the derived one or more factors. The first calculated projection is compared to pharmaceutical distribution data for the geographic area. The derived factors are adjusted by reducing a difference between one or more components of the first calculated projection and one or more components of the pharmaceutical distribution data. A second projection of the accessed patient data is calculated using the adjusted one or more factors.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for linking a first electronic data set to a second set of data fields in a second electronic data set. Automatically identifying a prescribing physician identifier based on the linked first and second electronic data sets. Determining a relationship between a physician associated with the prescribing physician identifier and at least one of the approved entities based on comparing the prescribing physician identifier and identifiers of the one or more approved entities to a fourth set of data fields from a fourth electronic data set. Automatically generating an electronic notification indicating that a product sold by the merchant is eligible for the discount in response to determining a relationship between a physician and the at least one of the approved entities.

摘要: A computer implemented method for identifying records that deviate from a preferred prescribed course of care for a particular disease state includes receiving a transaction message including data related to a disease state and updating a database based on the received transaction message. Records related to a physician are identified within the updated database and records associated with a provider network are identified. A regional treatment plan for the disease state is determined based on the records related to the physician, and an impact record is generated based on the regional treatment plan for the disease state and the records associated with the provider network. Records that deviate from the preferred prescribed course of care are identified based on the impact record.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for providing a user with a performance indicator score includes receiving a first transaction message that includes historical clinical-trial performance data from one or more processors at a clinical research organization and receiving a second transaction message with health records data with parameters indicative of insurance claims data. The received historical clinical-trial performance data and the prescription data is translated into an updated database. Related records within the updated database are identified and one or more key performance indicators included in the data at the updated database for a first physician are identified. A score for each of the one or more key performance indicators are calculated and a performance indicator score record for the first physician is generated based on the calculated scores for each of the one or more key performance indicators.
