摘要: A system for controlling process pathways. The system includes a network, a system backend communicable with said network comprising a processor configured to generate a process pathway based on a predefined set of rules reflecting a predetermined condition, and a series of notifications corresponding to the process pathway, a mobile device communicable with said system backend via said network, the mobile device being configured to receive from said backend at least one notification, of said series of notifications, the notification defining a task of the process pathway, and upon which notification a user is authorized to act, allowing the user to modify a state of said the notification with a one-step action, the mobile device further communicating the modified state of the at least one notification to the system backend over said network and wherein said modified state of the notification causes said processor to effect a change to said process pathway.

摘要: A system and method distributing healthcare database access is disclosed. The system and method interpose a data mapping server (DMS) between a data request user server (DRS) and data service user server (DSS) to manage data transfers between the DSS and the DRS such that disparate database characteristics of the DRS/DSS are accommodated in real-time and permit asynchronous healthcare activity to be triggered. The DMS operates with a data access matrix (DAM) having each referenced DRS/DSS intersection pair associated with read/write control processes (RWP) that include read data (RDD) and write data (WRD) processes to permit data access across the disparate DRS/DSS database boundaries. The DAM may have multiple dimensions to accommodate asynchronously activated process threads within an overall patient healthcare plan (PHP) that operate to trigger healthcare provider alarms and other activity associated with the transfer/update of data between the DSS and the DRS.

摘要: Various aspects of the invention provide systems and methods for improving the privacy-protection of the exchange of STD's test results and the utility of STD test results. One aspect of the invention provides a computer-implemented method of improving privacy-protection during the exchange of STD test results by preventing the exchange of STD test results if user-definable criteria are not met and deliberately obscuring the cause of prevented attempts at exchanging STD test results. The method includes providing a software application for importing STD test results; inputting criteria; attempting to exchange STD test results; and either preventing or allowing the exchange of STD test results at a plurality of stages. Another aspect of the invention provides a computer-implemented method of improving the utility of STD test results by recommending safe sexual contact practices and sexual health-related products and services based upon the use of algorithms.

摘要: The invention relates to an online web-based medical database and collaboration tool that can be used by surgeons, hospitals, medical institutions, manufacturers and others to collect, store, analyze and harvest clinical and radiologic data. The clinical registry system includes a registry database and a registry processor in electrical communication with the registry database and performing operations on the registry database. The registry database stores patient data from a plurality of sites, a plurality of registry groups and an indicator for each of the plurality of sites identifying which of the plurality of registry groups each site is a member. The members of a registry group have access to aggregated data and comparative reports of all the registry group members in real-time. Each site may be a member of one registry group, multiple registry groups, or no registry groups.
