Abstract:
An APC receptacle stub and an APC TOSA having the same are provided. The APC receptacle stub includes a first APC stub and a second APC stub. The first APC stub has an optical fiber inserted thereto and is provided with one end section polished in an APC shape. The second APC stub has an optical fiber inserted thereto and is provided with one end section polished in an APC shape and an opposite end section which is coupled to an opposite end section of the first APC stub through rotation adjustment in the same axial direction as an axial direction of the opposite end section of the first APC stub. The APC receptacle stub enables easy optical alignment and is applicable to a light source that is sensitive to reflection.
Abstract:
A transmission mount type of side assembling includes a cylindrical insulator; a core having a plurality of longitudinal holes and inserted in the insulator; a side stopper having a support connected to one end of the core in contact with the inner side of the insulator and a protrusion protruding outside the insulator from the support; a cylindrical case accommodating the core, the side stopper, and the insulator; and a plurality of bolts that is longer than the case and inserted through holes in the core and the side stopper from a side to protrude outside the case, such that it can simplify the assembly process of fastening a transmission to a car body and reduce the manufacturing cost, without changing the existing manufacturing line, and ensure safety in assembly.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a stent which is inserted into a blood vessel of a patient who has to periodically undergo hemodialysis. The stent includes a wire frame which has a hollow cylindrical structure, and a window which is formed in a predetermined portion of a circumferential surface of the wire frame. The window has no wire therein. In an embodiment, the stent may further a graft which covers the wire frame and the window. The present invention can solve problems not only of deformation of the stent graft which occurs when a hemodialysis needle is inserted into the stent in the conventional technique, but also of patient discomfort when having skin punctured high cost, thrombopoiesis, a risk of recurrence, etc.
Abstract:
A method for indexing a suffix tree in a social network includes: scanning an input string and dividing the string into partitions each having a common prefix; performing no-merge suffix tree indexing on the divided partitions; storing information on the partitions on which no-merge suffix tree indexing is performed; storing suffix nodes of the no-merge suffix tree; and establishing a prefix tree. The performing no-merge suffix tree indexing includes: generating a set of suffixes having the common prefix in the input string; generating a suffix set from the set of suffixes and storing the suffix set; and building the suffix set as a sub-tree.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method for providing social magazine information. The method is configured such that an apparatus operating in conjunction with at least one user terminal provides social magazine information to a corresponding user terminal. In the method, a social magazine is dynamically reconstructed according to a context of a user of each user terminal. Customized information corresponding to the user terminal is provided based on the reconstructed social magazine. A community is formed among user terminals which share the reconstructed social magazine, and social magazine information is shared through the formed community.
Abstract:
Provided is a call connecting system and method based on mobile Voice over Internet Protocol (mVoIP). The method of connecting a call based on mVoIP performed in the system for connecting a call based on mVoIP including a subscriber server and a call processing apparatus may include the subscriber server receiving a call connection request to a second user terminal from a first user terminal and providing notification of the received call connection request to the second user terminal, the call processing apparatus receiving a call attempt message from the first user terminal, the call processing apparatus receiving a call waiting notification, providing notification of a ready state from the second user terminal, and the call processing apparatus establishing a call connection between the first user terminal and the second user terminal by transmitting the received call attempt message to the second user terminal.
Abstract:
A method of performing handover of a mobile terminal includes performing a registration procedure by accessing a first network, storing registration information in the first network, and performing handover to a second network upon completion of the registration procedure in order to perform data communication by accessing the second network. The method also includes determining if handover from the second network back to the first network is necessary while the mobile terminal accesses the second network and performing the handover to the first network using the registration information stored in the first network if it is determined that handover from the second network back to the first network is necessary.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a management apparatus of dynamic reconfiguration of semantic ontology. More specifically, the management apparatus of dynamic reconfiguration of semantic ontology of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a retrieval engine retrieving metadata stored in a semantic repository; a user interface listing the retrieved metadata; a semantic browser changing the content of the listed metadata on the basis of user input depending on the listed metadata; and an ontology updating unit dynamically reflecting the changed metadata onto ontology associated with the retrieved metadata.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a motor, particularly, to a spindle motor and a method of manufacturing the same, in which a base plate is integrated with a bearing housing an insert molding or insert injection method at the same time when the bearing housing is made of resin, thereby being capable of securing the verticality of a bearing and a pivot assembled with the bearing housing and the base plate, reducing the manufacturing cost, and improving the efficiency of a manufacturing process. The motor of the present invention includes a rotor, a pivot configured to have one end connected to the rotor, a bearing configured to rotatably support the outer circumferential face of the pivot, and a bearing housing made of resin and configured to comprise a first concave groove for receiving the bearing and a second concave groove for supporting the other end of the pivot.
