摘要: An automotive lamp includes a first lamp unit, a second lamp unit, and a third lamp unit. The first lamp unit illuminates a first region having its longitudinal direction in the horizontal direction and having its upper edge defining a horizontal cutoff line in the low-beam mode and the high-beam mode. The second lamp unit illuminates a second region having its longitudinal direction in an oblique direction inclined with respect to the horizontal direction and having its upper edge defining an oblique cutoff line in the low-beam mode and the high-beam mode. The third lamp unit illuminates a third region having its longitudinal direction in an oblique direction inclined with respect to the horizontal direction and having its lower edge parallel to the oblique cutoff line.

The light distribution control device controls the light distribution variable lamp so as to reduce an illuminance of light that illuminates a non-traveling road when a vehicle reaches a first location a predetermined distance before a forked road, while a normal light distribution pattern is formed that includes, in an illumination range thereof, a side illuminating a traveling road of the vehicle at the forked road and a side illuminating the non-traveling road, and to form a guiding light distribution pattern in which an illuminance of light that illuminates the traveling road is higher than the illuminance of the light that illuminates the non-traveling road.

摘要: A three-dimensional sensor generates multiple items of line data with respect to multiple horizontal lines arranged at different heights. Multiple first neural networks each generate first intermediate data relating to a corresponding item from among the multiple items of line data. Each first intermediate data indicates the probability of matching between the corresponding line data and each of multiple portions of multiple kinds. A combining processing unit receives the multiple items of first intermediate data, and combines the first intermediate data thus received so as to generate at least one item of second intermediate data. A second neural network receives the at least one item of second intermediate data, and generates final data that indicates the probability of matching between the object and each of the multiple kinds.

摘要: A vehicular washing device includes: a nozzle (4); a flow passage forming body (2) of which an internal space is a flow passage of a fluid; and a valve (21) that has a pressing tube part (22) with an axial direction coinciding with a flow direction of the fluid, is elastically deformable in a direction in which the diameter of the pressing tube part changes, and opens and closes the flow passage according to the state of deformation. A first flow passage (2a) and a second flow passage (2b) are formed as the flow passage on opposite sides of the pressing tube part. A shaft (9) with which the pressing tube part is capable of coming into close contact is located inside the valve. The valve deforms elastically according to the magnitude of the pressure of the first flow passage or the pressure of the second flow passage relative to an atmospheric pressure.

摘要: A foreign matter removal device (1) is configured to remove foreign matters on a lens (101) of an in-vehicle camera (100) attached to a vehicle so that the lens (101) of the in-vehicle camera (100) is exposed toward an outside of a body panel of the vehicle. The foreign matter removal device includes a single-cylinder type reciprocating pump (5) configured to generate high-pressure air and a nozzle (22) configured to inject the high-pressure air toward the lens (101). A volume of an internal space of the pump is 10 cm3 or less. Exhaust time (t1) per cycle required for exhausting the air in the internal space is 0.03 seconds or less.

摘要: A scanning light source includes a semiconductor light source, and scans an instantaneous illumination spot based on the output light of the semiconductor light source in the horizontal direction of the light distribution. A lighting circuit is capable of providing multi-gradation dimming of the amount of light provided by the semiconductor light source at each scanning position in synchronization with the scanning of the scanning light source. The lighting circuit is switchable between the first mode in which the semiconductor light source is controlled by pulse width modulation with a duty cycle that corresponds to the dimming ratio and the second mode in which the semiconductor light source is turned off over the number of cycles that corresponds to the dimming ratio.
