Abstract:
A manipulation and printing device for labels fed from label sheets, in which labels (15) are fed to a cutting group (18) placed above a feed belt (19) of suction type (20) equipped with superficial holes, placed perpendicular to the feed direction of a continuous label sheet (12), and to a labeller (30), in which it is foreseen associated to the first feed belt (19) a second feed belt (24) and a print head (23), placed near a first side end perpendicular to the feed direction of the label sheet (12), the feed belts (19, 24) being facing in one of their sections in order to advance the single printed label from the print head (23) towards the labeller (30). Furthermore, a method is realised in which labels (15) are fed to a cutting group (18) placed above a feed belt (19, 20) placed perpendicular to the feed direction of a continuous label sheet (12), and then to a labeller (30), where the method foresees a feeding of the single labels by means of the first feed belt (19) towards a print head (23) located near a first side end perpendicular to the feed direction of the label sheet (12), to print one single label after another and direct the single printed (14) labels (15) towards the labeller (30).
Abstract:
Device (11) for the automatic inserting of printed products or sheets (12) in individual envelopes (13), where the individual printed products or sheets (12) are fed by one or more feeders and the envelopes (13) are arranged piled up in a storage container (16) equipped with at least one gripping element (17, 18, 19) for feeding an individual envelope (13) between a first upper conveyor belt (20) and a first lower conveyor belt (21) facing each other to define a feeding group of the envelope (13) towards an inserting of products into envelopes zone, also foreseeing a second upper conveyor belt (15) and a second lower conveyor belt (14) facing each other to advance the printed products or sheets (12) one after the other, a nozzle (22) being associated with the first conveyor belts (20, 21) for opening and flipping back a tab (24) of the envelope (13) taken out from the storage container (16), the second conveyor belt (14) foreseeing an end (37) that can move forwards and backwards with respect to a sucked conveyor belt (35) aligned downstream of the conveyor belt (14) to define an opening (38) of variable size, at the opening (38) being foreseen a gripping element (39) of the tab (24) and at an initial portion of the sucked conveyor belt (35) being foreseen a gripping element (40) of the mouth of the envelope (13) locked onto the sucked conveyor belt (35) and introducing elements (45) that can be inserted over the tab (24) and inside the mouth of the envelope.
Abstract:
A conveyor with automatic-repositioning trippable pushers which is set along a sliding surface (12) for products (13) that are to be moved onwards comprises a continuous-drive element wound in a flattened loop (14) to which there may be constrained, at pre-chosen intervals, pusher assemblies (15), wherein each pusher assembly (15) consists of a carrying element (16) constrained to the continuous-drive element (14) by means of a pin (17) and of a pusher element proper (25, 125) that is trippable and comprises a base (26) and a shaped lever (27) that can oscillate (in 28) with respect to the base (26), there being provided elements of elastic engagement (34, 37, 38) between the carrying element (16) and the shaped lever (27) which keep the lever (27) in a position of thrust against a pre-determined force, yielding when a greater opposing force is exceeded, there further being provided, on the lever (27), elements of engagement (31) with the drive element (14) at points corresponding to end pulleys (23) which bring the shaped lever (27) that is oscillated and sent down back into an operating position, inserting again the elastic-engagement elements (34, 37, 38).
