Abstract: The present invention refers to a method of drilling a marine wellbore with fluid reverse circulation without using drilling riser tubulars. In reverse circulation drilling, the fluid return with gravels occurs inside the drill string (17) and the injection of clean fluid is done through the annular of the well, so that, having a rotating head over the BOP (19), or inside it, the use of riser tubulars as a flow line for the fluid return with gravels is disposed, using instead the drill string (17).
For the kill and choke lines, as well as for fluid injection, rigid or flexible lines can be used, eliminating the need to use drilling risers, thus releasing large load capacity and space on the probe. The method of this invention also eliminates the need for large volumes of fluid to fill entire riser tubulars. The entire operation can be done without the need for subsea pumps or concentric columns. Additionally, the invention makes the operation of lowering the drilling riser tubulars unnecessary, which lasts for days and has a high cost. Finally, for dual activity probes, the arrangement allows the use of the two towers even after connecting the BOP (19), something that is not possible with the use of drilling riser tubulars. Therefore, operations such as mounting and lowering the casing in the water depth can be carried out in parallel with the drilling of the phase, allowing a significant additional gain of time.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process of synthesis of silica-based adsorbents used in the CO2 capture process in oil fields with expressive volumes of associated CO2, aiming its subsequent use in processes of producing bioQAV and alcohol from the hydrogenation reaction. Adsorbents obtained based on silica and different metals have a high stability and activity in CO2 capture, at adsorption and desorption temperatures of 25° C., increasing the density of the silanol groups present in mesoporous silica, conducted by replacing Si in the crystal lattice with various metals. The insertion of elements in the structure is responsible for creating vacancies used to capture CO2, being characteristic of higher enthalpies involved in the process. Additionally, the exchange of silicon for metals is conducted during the hydrolysis process of the silica precursor, not requiring another step, in addition to being able to be conducted with low-cost precursors, such as chlorides, nitrates and isopropoxides, and an aqueous medium.

Abstract: The present invention refers to a working assembly for a painting system, containing a mobile platform and a crank and slider-type oscillating mechanism, which reproduces movements transmitted to a shaft and that guides a paint gun, mimicking the process performed by painters. Thus, the mobile platform and the oscillating mechanism were designed to move unidirectionally over the surface, being able to move in two orthogonal directions and also to rotate in order to keep the platform level.

Abstract: The present invention is for sealing gaskets applicable to pipes, valves and boiler equipment. In this context, the present invention provides a sealing gasket for piping systems comprising (i) a core (10) formed by a plurality of concentric metal rings (10a), each ring (10a) comprising a substantially rectangular cross-section, wherein the height of the rectangular cross-section is the same for all the rings (10a), and (ii) surface coating (12) of flexible material applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the core (10). The present invention also provides the manufacturing process of said sealing gasket. Thus, the present invention provides a sealing gasket (i) that eliminates the need for an external rigid ring, (ii) that is easy to conform for reduced-diameter sealing gaskets and (iii) can be easily formed into different shapes, such as an oval shape, which is particularly useful for sealing between the body and the gate valve bonnet.
