    Abstract: A hot-stamping foil has a carrier that is a base film or a coated base film, and a laminated optical decoration formed on the carrier in a removable manner. The laminated optical decoration includes a laminated optical structure, an anchor layer formed on the laminated optical structure at a side opposite against the carrier, the anchor layer being a mixture of an acid-modified polyolefin and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, and an adhesive layer which is formed on the anchor layer at a side opposite against the laminated optical structure. The adhesive layer has an adhesive domain containing an acid-modified polyolefin as a major component, and a non-adhesive domain containing a blocking preventing agent as a major component. The blocking preventing agent is one or both of a resin filler and an inorganic filler. A glass transition point of the blocking preventing agent is greater than 60° C.

    Abstract: An optical structure includes a multilayer relief that has a first surface having an uneven shape, and a reflection layer that is formed on the first surface and reflects visible light. The multilayer relief includes a first resin layer that contains a non-radiation curable resin as a main component and constitutes the first surface, and a second resin layer that contains a radiation curable resin as a main component and is adjacent to the first resin layer.     Abstract: A catalyst layer for polymer electrolyte fuel cells that improves drainage or gas diffusion, reduces or prevents the occurrence of cracking in a catalyst layer, enhances catalyst utilization efficiency, exerts high output power and high energy conversion efficiency, and has high durability, and also provides a membrane-electrode assembly and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell using the catalyst layer. The catalyst layer for polymer electrolyte fuel cells contains a catalyst, carbon particles, a polymer electrolyte, and a fibrous material. In the catalyst layer, the carbon particles carry the catalyst1. The catalyst layer for polymer electrolyte fuel cells has voids. The percentage of frequencies of the voids having a cross-sectional area of 10,000 nm2 or more is 13% or more and 20% or less among the voids observed in a thickness-direction cross section of the catalyst layer for polymer electrolyte fuel cells perpendicular to the surface thereof.
