摘要： In a magnetic disk apparatus, a head positioning signal is written on a magnetic disk, the written positioning signal is read out, the read positioning signal is demodulated to produce a position signal, and a data write/read head is positioned to a predetermined track in responses to the produced position signal. A head positioning signal is written into write tracks adjacent to each other along a radial direction of the magnetic head, the positioning signal is read out by tracing a read track bridging the write tracks, and a positioning error of the head positioning signal is generated from a shift of the read positioning signal with respect to the read track. Furthermore, the position signal is over-written by actuating the write head in the radial direction according to the positioning error.

摘要： A controller for automatically effecting disengagement of a buckle device includes a moving means which moves a lock plate engaged with a tongue plate. When a predetermined period of time has elapsed after the acceleration acting on the vehicle exceeds a predetermined value, the controller controls the moving means such that the tongue plate and the lock plate are automatically disengaged from each other. It is possible to automatically disengage the tongue plate from the buckle device in an emergency situation, such as collision or overturn, of the vehicle.

摘要： A webbing tension adjusting apparatus is arranged such that, when the occupant leaves the vehicle, a motor is rotated forwardly, and a takeup shaft for winding up an occupant restraining webbing thereon is thereby rotated in the webbing wind-off direction through a one-way clutch which is interposed between the motor and the webbing takeup shaft. Accordingly, the webbing is quickly wound off when the occupant leaves the vehicle, so that the webbing tension is reduced. Thus, it is possible to decrease the amount of friction or rubbing which occurs between the sliding webbing and the clothes of the occupant.

Accordingly, not only the drive position but also the drive direction are reliably detected by the detecting switches, so that the webbing retracting force of the takeup shaft can be reduced securely.

摘要： In a webbing tension device adapted for use in a webbing retractor for a vehicle in which a takeup shaft retracting an occupant restraining webbing thereon is biased in a direction of a webbing retraction by small resilient means and in an emergency situation of the vehicle a biasing force of large resilient means is transmitted to the takeup shaft through one clutch means so that the takeup shaft is biased in the direction of the webbing retraction by the large resilient means, another clutch means is disposed between the takeup shaft and the large resilient means. Accordingly, when the webbing is fully retracted on the takeup shaft after the vehicle is released from the emergency situation, the another clutch means is put in its connected situation, and when the webbing is unwound from the takeup shaft after it is retracted fully on the takeup shaft, an unwinding rotation of the takeup shaft is transmitted to the large resilient means, so that the large resilient means is wound up.
