Abstract: An autoinjector having a body (1, 2), a reservoir (S) including a piston, a piston rod (5) movable between a rest position and an injection position, an actuator spring (6) urging the piston rod (5) towards the injection position, and a force-adjustment system (7, 8) to exert a force (F2) on the piston rod (5), adding to the force exerted by the spring (6) at the beginning of injection. The system has two pivot members (7) co-operating with the piston rod (5), the pivot members (7) connected together by two resilient elements (8). The body (1, 2) includes a sleeve (3), the pivot members (7) pivotally mounted on the sleeve (3) to pivot about stationary pins (79). The autoinjector includes an end-of-injection indicator that includes an indication portion movable and/or deformable relative to the body (1, 2) to co-operate with a viewing window after the end of injection.

Abstract: An autoinjector having a lower body (10; 1010) receiving a reservoir, a piston, a needle, an actuating sleeve (11; 1011) with a contact end to contact the user. The actuating sleeve is displaceable between projected positions and an actuation position, being in a first projected position prior to actuation of the autoinjector. The autoinjector also having an injection device (5, 8; 1005, 1008) and an injection lock. The actuating sleeve is automatically returns to the second projected position when the user removes the autoinjector from his body and is locked in this second projected position. The autoinjector includes an external shell (22; 1022) having a display window for indicating the actuation sequences, at least one display window (221; 1221; 1023) indicating to the user that the injection of the fluid product is finished.

Abstract: An autoinjector having an external shell (1022), a reservoir, a piston, a needle, a piston rod (1005) that is displaceable between a loaded position and an injection position in which the piston rod has displaced the piston of the reservoir to inject the fluid product through the needle, an injection spring (1008) to stress the piston rod towards the injection position, and a mobile element (1004; 1006), the piston rod displaceable relative to the mobile element. The autoinjector also includes an indication device (1500) having a key (1120), and a head part (1122). The mobile element including a deformable tab (1510; 1520), the head part cooperating prior to injection with the deformable tab to prevent any radial deformation, blocking the mobile element relative to the external shell. The piston rod, on completion of injection, exerting traction on the head part causing displacement of the key and enabling radial deformation of the deformable tab and axial displacement of the mobile element.

Abstract: An autoinjector that receives a pre-filled syringe, having a central body and an actuator sleeve provided with one end that comes into contact with the user. The actuator sleeve can be moved between projecting and actuation positions and it is in the projecting position prior to and following the actuation of the autoinjector. An injection mechanism is provided to inject the product when the needle is inserted into the user's body. The autoinjector also includes a barrel movement device to move the needle into the injection position and retract the needle from the body following injection. The movement device includes a control ring rotatably mounted in the central body, the ring having an inclined internal profile that engages with an internal projection of a control sleeve that can move axially in the central body, such that the sleeve moves axially when the ring is rotated.
