摘要: Hollow silicone fine particles have high productivity, low breakability, a narrow particle size distribution and a volume average particle diameter equal to or lower than 1 μm. The hollow particles are made by removing organic macromolecular particles and/or an organic solvent away form inside core-shell particles produced by coating particles made from the organic macromolecular particles and/or the organic solvent with silicone compound that is made from one or more units selected from the group consisting of SiO4/2 unit, RSiO3/2 unit, and R2SiO2/2 unit (wherein R is C1-4 alkyl groups, C6-24 aromatic groups, a vinyl group, a γ-(meth)acryloxypropyl group or organic groups having an SH group(s)), the silicone compound containing R2SiO2/2 unit by 20 mole % or less.

摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising: a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 10 to 70 parts by weight of a monomer containing 60 to 100% by weight of at least one vinyl monomer selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate ester compound, an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound and 0 to 40% by weight of a monomer which is copolymerizable therewith, in the presence of 30 to 90 parts by weight of hollow rubber particles which are rubber obtained by polymerizing a polymerization component comprising a butadiene without using a crosslinking agent and have a porosity of 3 to 90% in the form of a latex, wherein the total amount of the monomer and the rubber particles is 100 parts by weight; and a thermoplastic resin.

摘要: An expandable vinyl chloride resin composition that the expansion ratio of a vinyl chloride resin can be greatly increased by the use of thermally decomposable inorganic blowing agents without the use of organic solvent blowing agents, and which comprises 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, 5 to 30 parts by weight of, as a processing aid, a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer having a specific viscosity of not less than 0.73 measured at 30° C. with respect to a solution of 0.1 g of the polymer dissolved in 100 ml of chloroform, and 2 to 25 parts by weight of a thermally decomposable inorganic blowing agent.

摘要: There is provided an excellent impact modifier for a vinyl chloride resin. There is used, as an excellent impact modifier, a copolymer which is prepared by polymerizing 10 to 70% by weight of a monomer or monomers containing 60 to 100% by weight of at least one vinyl monomer selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate compound, an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinyl cyanide compound and vinyl chloride, and 0 to 40% by weight of the other monomer copolymerizable therewith, in the presence of 30 to 90% by weight of a hollow rubber particle of which glass transition temperature Tg is at most 0° C. and a void ratio is 3 to 90% by volume in a latex state, and which contains a cross linking agent in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total rubber component monomer.

In this amorphous polyolefin resin composition, a block copolymer (B-1) having at least one polymer block unit which is poor in the affinity with an amorphous polyolefin (A) but excellent in the affinity with a core-shell type elastomer (B-2) is combined with a core-shell type elastomer (B-2) which is excellent in the affinity with at least one polymer block of the block copolymer (B-1) and has a specific composition and a specific structure, and these components are composited in the amorphous polyolefin resin composition, thereby achieving well-balanced properties, i.e., an excellent impact resistance, an excellent surface glossiness and a high transparency.

The thermoplastic resin composition contains the thermoplastic resin and the graft copolymer particles in a weight ratio (A)/(B) of 2/98 to 100/1. The hollow part in the graft copolymer particle functions to further improve impact resistance.

摘要: A vinyl chloride resin composition having an improved impact resistance with a good transparency which includes (A) a graft copolymer reinforcing agent prepared by emulsion-polmerizing 15 to 35 parts by weight of a monomer mixture in the presence of 85 to 65 parts by weight of a butadiene homopolymer or copolymer having a butadiene content as high as 82% by weight or more, said monomer mixture containing of 50 to 95% by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer such as styrene, 0.1 to 40% by weight of a vinyl cyanide monomer such as acrylonitrile and 0 to 40% by weight of other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, and (B) a vinyl chloride resin. The butadiene homo- or copolymer may be treated prior to the emulsion polymerization, in order to prevent the produced graft copolymer particles from coagulating into a massive material, by reacting a small amount of a crosslinking monomer and optionally an alkyl acrylate or methacrylate in the presence of the butadiene homo- or copolymer in the form of an aqueous latex.
