摘要: The invention provides a maleimidyl-containing material having a substituent group defined by the following structural formula (1) containing a maleimidyl group (maleimido group): wherein A denotes a spacer containing an amino acid or a peptide spacer P. 摘要: The present invention provides a production method of a hydroxyl-containing polymer including: protecting a hydroxyl group of a hydroxyl-containing monomer with a protecting group to make the monomer a protected monomer with decreased hydrophilicity; adding the protected monomer alone or together with a hydrophobic monomer to a water-based medium containing a salt and a dispersion stabilizer; adding a polymerization initiator to the mixture to carry out suspension polymerization; and de-protecting the obtained polymer having the protecting group to recover the hydroxyl group.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing hydroxyl group-containing polymer particles including causing cross-linked polymer particles containing a (meth)acrylate polymer to react in the presence of a metal-containing ester-exchange reaction catalyst with at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a compound including at least two hydroxyl groups and a compound including at least one primary amino group and at least one hydroxyl group, the cross-linked polymer particles comprising the (meth)acrylate polymer represented by the following formula (I): wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 to R4 may be the same or different from each other, and each independently represents a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group or a substituted or non-substituted aryl group, any one of which has 1 to 12 carbon atoms; and n represents an integer of 1 or more.

摘要: A method of producing a non-crosslinked polymer particle having in a side chain thereof a succinimidoxycarbonyl group represented by the following structural formula (1): the method comprising the step of using an initiator to polymerize a polymerizable monomer (A) containing a succinimidoxycarbonyl group represented by the above structural formula (1) and a polymerizable monomer (B) containing one polymerizable moiety in the monomer in a non-aqueous solvent in the presence of a macromolecular dispersion stabilizer. In this process the non-aqueous solvent is a solvent in which the polymerizable monomer (A) and the polymerizable monomer (B) are soluble and the non-crosslinked polymer particle is insoluble.
