    Abstract: A texture recognition device and an operation method of a texture recognition device are provided. The texture recognition device includes a light source array and an image sensor array. The light source array includes a plurality of light sources; the image sensor array is at a side of the light source array and includes a plurality of image sensors, and the plurality of image sensors are configured to receive light emitted from the plurality of light sources and reflected to the image sensors by a texture for a texture image collection; each of the image sensors includes a plurality of signal switches, and a signal of each of the image sensors is read through the plurality of signal switches for forming one image pixel of the texture image.

    Abstract: A method for detecting a biometric information includes providing a biometric sensor including a base substrate, a light emitting layer and a touch detection layer on the base substrate, an encapsulating cover on a side of the light emitting layer away from the base substrate, and a photo-sensing layer between the light emitting layer and the base substrate; determining a touch position of a touch by a touch sensing circuit; determining a scanning region based on the touch position; controlling the light emitting layer to form a scanning light source to scan the scanning region in a scanning pattern, the scanning region encompassing the touch position; determining a light intensity distribution of a reflected light reflected by the surface of the biometric sensor in touch with the skin of the user based on signals from the plurality of photosensors; and determining the biometric information based on the light intensity distribution.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power source voltage application circuit, including a power source voltage output end, an energy storage sub-circuitry, a resetting sub-circuitry and an output control sub-circuitry. A first end of the energy storage sub-circuitry is connected to a first node, and a second end of the energy storage sub-circuitry is connected to a second node. The resetting sub-circuitry is connected to a resetting control end, a reference voltage input tend, the first node, the second node and an initial voltage input end respectively.     Abstract: A drive method for a texture recognition device and a texture recognition device. The texture recognition device includes a light source array and an image sensor array. The image sensor array includes a plurality of image sensors, the plurality of image sensors are configured to receive light emitted from the plurality of sub-light sources and then reflected by a texture to the plurality of image sensors for a texture collection; the drive method includes: at a first moment, the light source array operating to provide a first photosensitive light source, and at the first moment or a second moment different from the first moment, the light source array operating to provide a second photosensitive light source. A first imaging range of the first photosensitive light source on the image sensor array partially overlaps a second imaging range of the second photosensitive light source on the image sensor array.

    Abstract: A texture detection circuit, a charging circuit, driving methods and a touch display panel are provided. The texture detection circuit includes a first photosensitive element and a switching sub-circuit. A first electrode of the first photosensitive element is connected with a signal readout line. A second electrode of the first photosensitive element is connected with the switching sub-circuit. The switching sub-circuit is connected with a reverse power end and a charging sub-circuit, and is configured to switch a connection state of the second electrode of the first photosensitive element between a first connection state and a second connection state. The first connection state is a state in which the second electrode of the first photosensitive element is connected with the reverse power end. The second connection state is a state in which the second electrode of the first photosensitive element is connected with the charging sub-circuit.
