摘要: A method for fabricating a touch display substrate and a touch display substrate are provided to solve the problem that existing touch electrodes of the micron-scale line width cannot meet the high PPI requirement. The fabrication method includes forming functional layers of an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device on a base substrate sequentially to obtain an OLED substrate; and forming a linear touch electrode with a nano-scale line width on the OLED substrate by electronic sputtering and transferring.

摘要: A fingerprint identification module is provided. The fingerprint identification module includes: a base substrate, a first conductive layer, and a third conductive layer that are laminated sequentially. The first conductive layer includes a first signal line and a second signal line, wherein the first signal line extends along a first direction and is connected to a gate of a reset transistor in a pixel sensing circuit, and the second signal line extends along the first direction and is connected to a gate of a switch transistor in the pixel sensing circuit. The third conductive layer includes a first conductive portion configured to form a first electrode of a photodiode in the pixel sensing circuit, wherein an orthographic projection of the first conductive portion on the base substrate does not overlap with orthographic projections of the first signal line and the second signal line on the base substrate.

摘要: A method for detecting a biometric information includes providing a biometric sensor including a base substrate, a light emitting layer and a touch detection layer on the base substrate, an encapsulating cover on a side of the light emitting layer away from the base substrate, and a photo-sensing layer between the light emitting layer and the base substrate; determining a touch position of a touch by a touch sensing circuit; determining a scanning region based on the touch position; controlling the light emitting layer to form a scanning light source to scan the scanning region in a scanning pattern, the scanning region encompassing the touch position; determining a light intensity distribution of a reflected light reflected by the surface of the biometric sensor in touch with the skin of the user based on signals from the plurality of photosensors; and determining the biometric information based on the light intensity distribution.

The optical fingerprint identification device includes a light emitting structure and a photosensitive sensor. The light emitting structure includes a transparent first electrode, an opaque second electrode, an electroluminescent layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a through hole penetrating the first electrode, the electroluminescent layer and the second electrode. The photosensitive sensor is disposed on a side of the second electrode facing away from the electroluminescent layer, and is configured to receive light rays transmitted through the through hole and acquire fingerprint information according to the received light rays.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an under-screen fingerprint recognition module, a display assembly and a display device. The under-screen fingerprint recognition module includes a base substrate and a plurality of fingerprint recognition units arranged on the base substrate. Each fingerprint recognition unit includes a photosensitive unit and an optical structure arranged on a photosensitive surface of the photosensitive unit. The optical structure includes a light-transmitting ring and a light-transmitting hole sequentially arranged in a direction away from the photosensitive unit. An orthogonal projection of the light-transmitting ring onto the photosensitive unit is completely located on the photosensitive surface of the photosensitive unit, and an orthogonal projection of the light-transmitting hole onto the light-transmitting ring is located within an opaque region surrounded by the light-transmitting ring.

The ambient light sensor has a simple structure and is easy to be made and to be combined with the display screen.
