Abstract: A pixel circuit and a method of driving the same, a display panel and a method of forming the same and a display device are provided. The pixel circuit includes: a light-emitting element, a data writing sub-circuit, a storage sub-circuit and a driving transistor, where the driving transistor is a double-gate transistor. The data writing sub-circuit is configured to switch on or switch off a connection between the data line and the top gate of the driving transistor under a control of the gate line. The storage sub-circuit is configured to control a potential of the top gate of the driving transistor; the bottom gate of the driving transistor is connected to a first voltage input end; the first electrode of the driving transistor is connected to a power voltage input end, the second electrode of the driving transistor is connected to a first electrode of the light-emitting element; a second electrode of the light-emitting element is connected to a second voltage input end.
