Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flexible display device, a display apparatus, and a method for manufacturing the flexible display device. The flexible display device comprises a flexible display panel, a hardened layer, and an integrated circuit layer with bumps. A front surface of the flexible display panel is provided with a circuit bonding region. The flexible display panel comprises a first flexible substrate. The hardened layer is on the first flexible substrate. The hardened layer is at a position corresponding to the circuit bonding region. The integrated circuit layer is bonded to the circuit bonding region by the bumps.

Abstract: There is provided a display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device, relating to the field of display technology. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; a self-luminescent layer disposed on a side of the base substrate; and an encapsulation film layer disposed on a side of the self-luminescent layer away from the base substrate. The display substrate has a gap, which penetrates through the self-luminescent layer and the encapsulation film layer, and separates the self-luminescent layer and the encapsulation film layer into at least two parts with a part corresponding to a to-be-perforated area of the display substrate and another part corresponds to a non-perforated area of the display substrate other than the to-be-perforated area. The edge of the encapsulation film layer adjacent to the gap covers the side surface of the edge of the self-luminescent layer adjacent to the gap.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide an encapsulation method, a display panel and a display device. The encapsulation method includes: forming a first room temperature bonding layer on the encapsulation region of the array substrate, an OLED device is formed on the display region of the array substrate; forming a second room temperature bonding layer on the encapsulation region of the heat diffuser plate; vacuum laminating the array substrate and the heat diffuser plate such that the first room temperature bonding layer and the second room temperature bonding layer contact with each other and form a sealed structure. The encapsulation method omits the existing encapsulation substrate by using room temperature bonding technology to encapsulate the heat diffuser plate and the array substrate, therefore can not only reduce the overall thickness of the display panel but also further improve the heat dissipation effect.
