Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flexible display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible display device includes a base substrate; a pixel defining layer disposed on the base substrate defining a plurality of light emitting regions; and a first electrode layer disposed on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate and in light-emitting regions. A thin film encapsulation layer covers the first electrode layer and has protrusions protruding toward the pixel defining layer at a plurality of positions.

Abstract: A flexible display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a flexible display device, which relate to the technical field of flexible display and reduce the probability of the occurrence of cracks on an inorganic encapsulation structure when a flexible display panel is bent, so that the service life of light emitting devices in the flexible display substrate is prolonged. The flexible display panel includes a flexible display substrate and an encapsulation structure arranged on a surface of the flexible display substrate. A portion of the encapsulation structure corresponding to a non-display region is an inorganic encapsulation structure. The flexible display panel further includes an organic encapsulation layer covering the inorganic encapsulation structure. The manufacturing method of a flexible display panel manufacture the flexible display panel described in the above technical solutions. The flexible display panel provided by the present disclosure is used in a flexible display device.

Abstract: Flexible display substrate, flexible display panel, and display apparatus, and their fabrication methods are provided. In an exemplary flexible display substrate, a motherboard is formed on a rigid substrate that is magnetisable. The motherboard includes a magnetic first flexible substrate and a plurality of flexible display panels on the magnetic first flexible substrate. When the rigid substrate is magnetized, the motherboard is cut to separate the plurality of flexible display panels from each other, followed by demagnetizing the rigid substrate.

The cover structure includes a first and a second transparent flexible film layer, a glass panel, and a first optical adhesive layer. A part of the first optical adhesive layer is formed at a side of the glass panel facing away from the first transparent flexible film layer, and a part of the first optical adhesive layer covers the folded region of the first transparent flexible film layer. The second transparent flexible film layer is formed at a side of the first optical adhesive layer facing away from the first transparent flexible film layer.
