Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fingerprint identification component and a display apparatus, which belongs to the field of fingerprint identification. The fingerprint identification component includes: a thin film transistor TFT array and a photovoltaic device array, the TFT array including a plurality of TFTs, the photovoltaic device array including a plurality of photovoltaic devices, the plurality of TFTs in the TFT array and the plurality of optoelectronic devices in the photovoltaic device array correspond to each other one by one, and each TFT in the TFT array is electrically connected to a corresponding photovoltaic device; and SG lines of any adjacent two TFTs in the TFT array do not coincide with each other, the SG line is a line where a center of a source electrode and a center of a drain electrode of the any one TFT are located.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an under-screen fingerprint recognition module, a display assembly and a display device. The under-screen fingerprint recognition module includes a base substrate and a plurality of fingerprint recognition units arranged on the base substrate. Each fingerprint recognition unit includes a photosensitive unit and an optical structure arranged on a photosensitive surface of the photosensitive unit. The optical structure includes a light-transmitting ring and a light-transmitting hole sequentially arranged in a direction away from the photosensitive unit. An orthogonal projection of the light-transmitting ring onto the photosensitive unit is completely located on the photosensitive surface of the photosensitive unit, and an orthogonal projection of the light-transmitting hole onto the light-transmitting ring is located within an opaque region surrounded by the light-transmitting ring.

Abstract: A touch display substrate and a touch detection method thereof. The touch display substrate includes: a base substrate, and a photo-sensitive touch element and an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (“OLED”) device that are arranged on the base substrate sequentially. The photo-sensitive touch element includes a touch electrode layer, a photo-sensitive material layer, an insulating layer and an ITO layer that are arranged sequentially, wherein an orthographic projection of a touch sensing area of the touch electrode layer completely covers an orthographic projection of a pattern of the photo-sensitive material layer, and is within an orthographic projection of the ITO layer. The arrangement of the photo-sensitive touch element neither changes the sequence of manufacturing the layers of the display substrate, nor affects the illumination of the touch display substrate and is suitable for manufacturing a large-size touch screen.
