    摘要: A new category of multi-purpose polymers is presented, the polymers being capable to serve as a cement dispersing agent and which at the same time are set-accelerating and do have shrinkage reducing- and anticorrosive properties to steel. The polymers are ester and amide group-modified acrylic polymers, obtainable by a polymer analogous esterification of a polyacrylic acid with 1) a monofunctional polyalkyleneglycol-monoalkylether, 2) a tertiary alkanolamine and optionally 3) by amidation with a amino-polyalkylenglycol alkylether. The multi-purpose polymers serve for cement dispersing admixture for concrete with set accelerating, shrinkage compensating and anticorrosive properties to steel.

    摘要: A moisture curable composition contains:(a) one or more episulfide compounds having on the average more than one 1,2-epithiopropyl ether group of the formula I ##STR1## per molecule, and (b) one or more aliphatic N,N'-dialkyl-substituted diketimines of the general formula II ##STR2## wherein A is a divalent aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or arylaliphatic group, andR.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each an alkyl group, or form together with the C-atom, to which they are bonded, a cycloalkyl group or cycloalkenyl group, and(c) at least one component, selected from the group of the setting accelerators as well as commercially available solvents, reactive diluents, plasticizers, thixotropic aids, fillers and pigments.This composition may be used as lacquers, paints and coatings for steel and concrete.There is also described a process for the preparation of 1,2-epithiopropyl ethers.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing comb polymers, wherein at least one polycarboxylic acid or a salt thereof is esterified with at least one monohydroxy polyether, comprising the following steps: (a) preparing a reaction mixture containing at least one polycarboxylic acid; (b) heating the reaction mixture to at least 80° C.; (c) adding a base; and (d) esterifying the mixture at a reaction temperature of at least 80° C. obtaining a comb polymer, wherein at least one monohydroxy polyether is added to the reaction mixture in step (a) and/or (b).     摘要: The invention relates to a method for the production of a polymer (P) comprising amide and ester groups, whereby, in a first step, a homo- or co-polymer (P1) of (meth)acrylic acid is reacted with a monohydroxy compound (E) at a temperature of up to 200° C., such that, in addition to ester groups, anhydride groups are formed and, in a second step, the anhydride groups formed in the first step are reacted with a monoamine compound (A) at temperatures significantly below 100° C. The invention further relates to polymers produced by the above method, the use thereof in hydraulic-setting compositions and said hydraulic-setting compositions before and after hardening by addition of water.
