摘要: A multi-component inorganic anchoring system, for chemical fastening of anchors and post-installed reinforcing bars in mineral substrates, includes a curable powdery aluminous cement component A and an initiator component B in an aqueous phase for initiating a curing process. The powdery aluminous cement component A includes an aluminous cement component based on powdery calcium aluminate cement and component B includes an accelerator constituent and water. Furthermore, at least part of the calcium aluminate cement of component A has an average particle size in the range of from 0.5 to 15 μm. Methods of using the calcium aluminate cement in a multi-component inorganic anchoring system to increase load values and methods for chemical fastening of anchors in mineral substrates can be performed.

摘要: The present invention provides a dry mix composition of a powder of an ultra high-viscosity cellulose ether having one or more polyether groups, the cellulose ether having a 1 wt. % aqueous solution viscosity (20 C, 2.55 s−1 shear rate as determined using a controlled rate rotational rheometer) ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 mPa·s, or, preferably, 11,000 to 16,000 mPa·s, a graded aggregate, and a hydraulic cement, or a wet granular mix of the cement, graded aggregate and an admixture therefor including the cellulose ether. When combined with water to form a wet granular hydraulic cement composition, the composition of the present invention behaves like asphalt compositions and has zero or near zero slump, a high lubricity and 13.6 wt. % or less of water, or, preferably, from 5 to 11 wt. % of water, based on the total weight of the dry mix composition. The cellulose ether enables lubricity without impairing compaction and without causing air entrainment.

摘要: A method for making a carbonated precast concrete product includes: obtaining a mixture including at least one binder material, an aggregate, and water; molding the mixture into a molded intermediate; demolding the molded intermediate to obtain a demolded intermediate, the demolded intermediate having a first water-to-binder ratio; conditioning the demolded intermediate to provide a conditioned article having a second water-to-binder ratio less than the first water-to-binder ratio of the demolded intermediate; moisturizing at least one surface of the conditioned article with an aqueous medium, thereby causing a weight gain of the conditioned article and providing a moisturized product, a first portion of the moisturized product having a third water-to-binder ratio greater than a fourth water-to-binder ratio of a remainder of the moisturized product; and curing the moisturized product with carbon dioxide to obtain the carbonated precast concrete product.

The thermally conductive cementitious compositions include a cementitious composition, amorphous flake graphite carbon, and an aqueous solution suitable for use as a thermally conductive mortar, grout or adhesive for flooring installations. The thermally conductive cementitious compositions also include a cementitious composition, mesh fine aluminum oxide, mesh coarse aluminum oxide, and an aqueous solution that provides a thermally conductive mortar, grout or adhesive for use in flooring installations.

摘要: A slag-based binder has at least one slag, optionally at least one CO3-containing mineral powder, optionally at least one co-binder different from the slag and mineral powder, at least one activator of the water/slag reaction, optionally at least one co-activator different from the one activator, at least one chelatant and/or at least one source of chelatant, said chelatant being preferably a scale inhibitor, and, optionally, at least one superplasticizer different from the chelatant. A kit is provided to make the binder. The binder is combined with an aggregate to make a dry concrete or mortar. A method for the preparation of a wet formulation (binder/water or concrete-mortar/water) is disclosed as is method of manufacturing buildings or civil engineering works or elements thereof, coatings, fillers, screeds, tiles, adhesives and/or internal or external insulation systems from the wet formulation. The binder is a substitute to OPC-based compositions and is environmentally friendly.

摘要: A preparation method of a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer is provided, including: mixing a superplasticizer monomer with water to produce a mixture, heating and melting the mixture to produce a melt system; carrying out a bulk polymerization reaction by adding an initiator, a chain transfer agent and an unsaturated carboxylic acid into the melt system, forming a polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor; and neutralizing and pulverizing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor to produce a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Water is added in the bulk polymerization and reacts with the superplasticizer monomer and the unsaturated carboxylic acid. While the bulk polymerization reaction is guaranteed to be efficiently carried out and the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is formed, the viscosity of a bulk polymerization reaction system is reduced. The superplasticizer is suitable for dry-mixed mortar, high-efficiency concrete and other products.
