    Abstract: A conveyor system includes a moving stage, a track, a control circuit and a driver. The moving stage has a plurality of magnets and an optical scale. The track carries the moving stage and includes a first work area provided with a plurality of Hall sensor modules and a second work area provided with the Hall sensor modules and a read head module. When the moving stage is in the first work area, the Hall sensor module generates a first sensing signal. When the moving stage is in the second work area, the Hall sensor module generates the first sensing signal and the read head module generates a second sensing signal. The control circuit determines the position of the moving stage based on the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal, and generates a driving signal. The driver drives the coil windings according to the driving signal.

    Abstract: A speed reducer includes an input shaft, an input gear, a fixing gear and an output gear. The input shaft includes an eccentric structure. The input gear is disposed on the eccentric structure and includes first teeth of which each with a first contact portion and a second contact portion. The fixing gear and the output gear are disposed corresponding to the input gear, wherein the fixing gear includes second teeth, and the second teeth are in contact with the first contact portions, wherein the output gear includes third teeth, and the third teeth are in contact with the second contact portions. A first tooth number difference between the first teeth and the second teeth is different from a second tooth number difference between the first teeth and the third teeth.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a work equipment system and a control method therefor. The work equipment system includes a work equipment, a temperature sensor and a controller. The work equipment includes a motor device, and the motor device is configured to provide a motive power to a load device. The temperature sensor is configured to measure a motor temperature. The controller is configured to: calculate a first current based on a required motive power command and electrical parameters; calculate a temperature difference between the motor temperature and a preset temperature; calculate a thermal power based on the temperature difference and a thermal resistance; calculate a second current based on the thermal power and the motor resistance; and compare the second current to an effective value of the first current for determining whether the second current is smaller than the first current.

    Abstract: A cycloid speed reducer includes an input shaft, a rolling assembly, a first cycloid disc, a second cycloid disc, a first crankshaft, a second crankshaft, a first output disc and a second output disc.     Abstract: An actuator is provided, including a fixed assembly and a movable assembly. The fixed assembly includes a coil module, a base, a first screwing member, and a linear rail. The first screwing member passes through the base and the linear rail, and the linear rail is positioned on the base. The movable assembly includes a U-shaped back board having an inner space, a first magnetic module, a second magnetic module aligned with the first magnetic module, and a sliding block. The first and second magnetic modules are disposed on the U-shaped back board and accommodated in the inner space. The coil module is disposed between the first magnetic module and the second magnetic module. The sliding block is positioned on the U-shaped back board in the inner space, and slidably connected to the linear rail.

    Abstract: An encoder applied to a rotatable device including a code disc set, at least one bearing, a bearing housing, a main housing, a sensor and an elastic assembly. The code disc set is disposed on a rotation end of the rotatable device. The bearing is disposed around the rotation end, and the bearing housing is disposed around the bearing. The main housing is connected with a first end of the bearing housing. The sensor is disposed on the main housing and corresponds to the disc wheel set, and there is an interval between the sensor and the code disc set. The elastic assembly is connected with a second end of the bearing housing and a fixing end of the rotatable device. Therefore, the interval between the sensor and the code disc set is maintained to be fixed, and the good position detection performance and stable signals are obtained.

    Abstract: A moving-magnet transfer platform includes a mover part, a driving part and a stator part. The mover part includes a moving table and a magnet assembly. The stator part includes plural coils, plural switch elements, a current sensor, an electric angle detector, plural magnetic field sensors and a signal processor. The plural switch elements are connected between the driving part and the corresponding coils. When the magnet assembly is moved to a position of the corresponding coil, a magnetic field change is detected by the corresponding magnetic field sensor. The signal processor is used for controlling operations of the plural switch elements. When the magnet assembly is moved to the position of the corresponding coil, the corresponding switch element is turned on under control of the signal processor, so that the moving table is moved with the magnet assembly.
