Abstract: The disclosure relates to a load cell including an elastic element, at least one strain gauge and a limitation element. The elastic element includes a first end portion, a second end portion and a deformation region. The first end portion and the second end portion are arranged along an axial direction and opposed to each other. The deformation region is located between the first end portion and the second end portion. The at least one strain gauge is disposed in the deformation region. When a force is exerted on the first end portion in a first direction, the deformation region is deformed to drive the at least one strain gauge to change shape, so that the force is measured and standardized under a specific range. The limitation element is connected to the elastic element. A gap is formed between the limitation element and the elastic element.

Abstract: A moving-magnet transfer platform includes a mover part, a driving part and a stator part. The mover part includes a moving table and a magnet assembly. The stator part includes plural coils, plural switch elements, a current sensor, an electric angle detector, plural magnetic field sensors and a signal processor. The plural switch elements are connected between the driving part and the corresponding coils. When the magnet assembly is moved to a position of the corresponding coil, a magnetic field change is detected by the corresponding magnetic field sensor. The signal processor is used for controlling operations of the plural switch elements. When the magnet assembly is moved to the position of the corresponding coil, the corresponding switch element is turned on under control of the signal processor, so that the moving table is moved with the magnet assembly.

Abstract: A controlling method of an encoder includes: detecting a rotation angle of a rotor of a motor coupled to the encoder to generate a first counting trigger signal and a second counting trigger signal so as to perform a turn number counting procedure; determining whether a period that an operating voltage of a driving circuit of the motor is smaller than a threshold voltage exceeds a preset time; and when the period exceeds the preset time, controlling a switching unit of the encoder to allow a battery of the encoder to provide a backup voltage to the encoder such that the encoder enters a low power processing procedure.

Abstract: A conveyor system includes a moving stage, a track, a control circuit and a driver. The moving stage has a plurality of magnets and an optical scale. The track carries the moving stage and includes a first work area provided with a plurality of Hall sensor modules and a second work area provided with the Hall sensor modules and a read head module. When the moving stage is in the first work area, the Hall sensor module generates a first sensing signal. When the moving stage is in the second work area, the Hall sensor module generates the first sensing signal and the read head module generates a second sensing signal. The control circuit determines the position of the moving stage based on the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal, and generates a driving signal. The driver drives the coil windings according to the driving signal.
