    摘要： The invention relates to a lightweight sound insulating lining (1) for a body component of a motor vehicle, in particular in the form of a lightweight front wall lining, comprising a sound absorbing layer, a sound insulating layer which is directly connected to the sound absorbing layer and substantially air tight, as well as an adjoining foam layer (1.3), wherein the sound absorbing layer (1.1) is made of a porous absorber, preferably a fiber fleece or a foam, which has an air permeability in the range of 150 to 2000 liters/m2s at a test pressure of 100 Pa. The sound insulating layer (1.2) is formed by an integral skin layer of the foam layer (1.3) with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, and is integrally joined to the porous absorber by back-foaming the porous absorber substantially without foam penetration therethrough. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing such a lining is disclosed.

    摘要： An ostomy system for receiving bodily waste comprises a drainage bag (200) and a filter (100) comprising an open-cell foam (102) for preventing liquid and solid particles from passing from the drainage bag to its surroundings. The foam defines a passageway for releasing flatus gasses from the drainage bag to its surroundings, and at least a portion of the foam is arranged at a folding line defined by the drainage bag during use thereof. The foam may be a open-cell foam (102) embedded in a closed-cell foam (128) in a filter flange 146. A gas permeable hydrophobic membrane (127) may be provided at an outlet of the open-cell foam (102). The surroundings of the drainage bag (200) may be constituted by the interior of an outer bag.

    摘要： An ostomy appliance including a body side member having an adhesive wafer for securing the appliance to the user's skin, and a separate sealing member for sealing against the stoma, the separate sealing member being in the form of a disc having a centre hole for accommodating the stoma. The disc is made from a material that may be detached, rinsed and reapplied such that the disc has a service time at least as long as the body side member. The disc reduces the frequency of stressing the skin around the stoma due to exchange of the body side member by protecting the surface of the adhesive wafer from soiling by and attack from the aggressive visceral contents and facilitates the cleaning of the body side member.
