    摘要： The invention relates to sports equipment, and particularly to goals as used in a variety of sports for actual playing and for practice. Hitherto such goals have been provided with posts and crossbars each of a required length to create a goal of a required size and with hook members secured such as by welding or screwing to secure the edge of a net. An object of the invention is to provide an improved means of securing a net, and is met by a construction comprising a fitting having a first part to engage in and behind a hole formed in the wall of a goal post or crossbar extending to a shoulder at the end of a second part to lie externally of the goal post or crossbar and having a hook-like formation to create a recess in which an edge of the net can be engaged, the first and second parts having axial holes to receive a rod-like component to ensure engagement of the first part behind the hole.

    摘要： A self-contained watch and play activity kit is disclosed which includes a puppet theater having a front and two sides. The front includes a transparent portion through which the interior of the theater is visible. The sides are foldable about weakened first fold lines parallel to the front to form an enclosed theater container in which a central space is provided. A removable insert is sized to be snugly received in the central space of the folded theater container. The insert includes a video cassette holder. The insert further forms a compartment with the folded theater container in which various props for the theater and elements of the kit are stored. The sides also include weakened second fold lines so that the rearward portions of the sides are folded to form a back of the theater. In order to provide access to the inside of the theater, removable panels are located in each side. The activity kit includes a video cassette which contains instructions for using the kit including a story, puppet characters and scenery in a coloring book, crayons for coloring in the coloring book, and scissors for cutting the puppets or the like from the coloring book. Elongate sticks are further provided for attachment to the puppets to manipulate the puppets in the theater.

    摘要： An automatic chainsaw chain tension adjuster is provided. The automatic chainsaw chain tension adjuster maintains the chain of a chainsaw on the chainsaw guide bar during use. As heat expands the overall length of the chain while the chainsaw is running, an internal spring forces a sprocket located at the second end of the guide bar outward therein increasing the overall path the chain must travel around the guide bar/sprocket to compensate for the heat expansion. As the chain of the chainsaw heats up or cools down during use and non-use, the internal spring automatically adjusts the chain to the exact proper tension.

    摘要： A data encoding scheme for transmission of data from one circuit to another circuit considers the Hamming Weight of combined multiple words to determine whether to invert or not invert an individual word to be transmitted. The multi-word data encoding scheme performs DBI encoding with data inversion conducted based on the total HW in the combined multiple words. The decision to invert or not invert each of the multiple words is made based on the sum of the individual Hamming Weights of each of the words. Such encoding has the advantage that SSO noise is dramatically reduced when the encoded data has a large number of words transmitted from one circuit to another circuit over a wide parallel bus.
