Abstract:
A printer includes a printer body including a print head, a lid, a cutter that cuts recording paper, and fixed and movable blade units. The lid is connected to and is opened and closed relative to the printer body. The fixed blade unit is provided in the printer body and includes a fixed blade of the cutter. The movable blade unit is provided on the lid and includes a movable blade of the cutter. A first projection is formed at a first end of the fixed blade unit and a first groove is formed at a first end of the movable blade unit. A second groove is formed at a second end of the fixed blade unit and a second projection is formed at a second end of the movable blade unit. The first and second projections are inside the first and second grooves, respectively, when the lid is closed.
Abstract:
A printer includes a printing part that performs printing on a label adhering to a liner, a cutter that cuts the liner to which the label adheres, a first roller provided on the side to which the liner to which the label adheres is discharged from the cutter, a second roller that is in contact with the first roller and is rotated by the rotation of the first roller, a third roller that is in contact with the first roller and is rotated by the rotation of the first roller, and a connecting arm that connects the center of the first roller and the center of the second roller, wherein the liner is separated from the label by the first roller and the second roller, and the label separated from the liner is discharged by the third roller.
Abstract:
A printer includes a printer body, a lid, a damper spring, and a slidable part. The lid is connected to the printer body so as to be opened and closed relative to the printer body. The damper spring is provided on the printer body and includes a coil spring and first and second ends extending from first and second ends of the coil spring, respectively, and engaging with each other. The damper spring exerts a restoring force in a direction to move the first and second ends of the damper spring away from each other. The slidable part is provided in the printer body. When the lid is opened, the slidable part is pressed by the lid so as to press the first end of the damper spring so that the damper spring exerts the restoring force in a direction to close the lid.
Abstract:
A printer includes a printer body, a lid, a cutter, a fixed blade unit, a movable blade unit, a gimbal plate, and a spring. The printer body includes a print head. The lid is connected to the printer body so as to be opened and closed relative to the printer body. The cutter cuts recording paper. The fixed blade unit is provided in the printer body and includes a fixed blade of the cutter. The movable blade unit is provided on the lid and includes a movable blade of the cutter. The gimbal plate is attached to the lid. The movable blade unit is connected to the gimbal plate. The spring intervenes between the movable blade unit and the gimbal plate. The movable blade unit is provided on the lid with the gimbal plate attached to the lid.
Abstract:
A printer includes a printer body, a lid, a cutter, a fixed blade unit provided in the printer body and including the fixed blade of the cutter, a movable blade unit provided on the lid and including the movable blade of the cutter, and a gimbal plate attached to the lid. The movable blade unit is connected to the gimbal plate. A paper discharge opening is formed between the printer body and an end of the lid. The lid includes a first recording paper guide that projects toward the movable blade and is positioned at the end of the lid. The gimbal plate includes a second recording paper guide that projects toward the movable blade and is positioned at an end of the gimbal plate facing the paper discharge opening.
Abstract:
A printer apparatus includes a platen roller, a printer head for performing a printing on a recording paper provided between the printer head and the platen roller, a recording paper guide mounted to a part of a front surface of the printer head to guide the recording paper, and a spring positioned on a rear surface of the printer head to exert force toward the platen roller. The spring causes the printer head and the recording paper guide to move together toward a position in which the platen roller is mounted.
Abstract:
A printer includes a main body case in which a sheet roll is installed, a sheet discharge port from which a printed sheet of paper is discharged, an opening/closing cover that opens and closes with respect to the main body case, a cutter that is attached to the opening/closing cover and configured to cut the printed sheet of paper from the sheet roll, and a cutter protection mechanism configured to move in correspondence with an opening movement or a closing movement of the opening/closing cover. The cutter protection mechanism is configured to expose the cutter at the sheet discharge port when the opening/closing cover is in an open state and conceal the cutter when the opening/closing cover is in a closed state.
