    摘要: Thermoplastic blends ofA) 1 to 99% by weight of at least one thermoplastic aromatic polycarbonate which contains difunctional carbonate structural units of the formula (I) ##STR1## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 independently of one another are hydrogen, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -hydrocarbon radical or halogen and R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 independently of one another are H or a hydrocarbon radical, with the proviso that at least one of the radicals R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 is a hydrocarbon radical, that when only one of the radicals R.sup.5, R.sup.6 or R.sup.7 is present as a hydrocarbon radical this is a C.sub.3 -C.sub.12 -hydrocarbon radical with the exception of C.sub.3 -C.sub.12 -n-alkyl, and that when two or three radicals R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are present as hydrocarbon radicals these are any C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -hydrocarbon radicals,in amounts of 100 to 1 mol %, relative to the total amount of difunctional carbonate structural units in the polycarbonate, 1 to 99% of another polymer.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of high molecular weight, optionally branched polyarylene sulphides with melt viscosities which can be adjusted within a defined range, a high stability of the melt and low corrosion.These polyarylene sulphides are obtained by reacting alkali metal sulphides, if appropriate mixed with alkali metal bisulphides and reaction accelerators, with dihalogenoaromatics and, if appropriate, polyhalogenoaromatics, with the addition of particular monomercapto compounds.
