摘要:
Various techniques are disclosed to improve redundancy in multi-carrier wireless systems. An example technique is provided that may include commonly encoding a block of data, modulating the encoded block of data across a plurality of carriers, and transmitting via a wireless link the encoded block of data including the plurality of carriers. The modulating may, for example, include modulating a first portion of the encoded block onto a first carrier and modulating a second portion of the encoded block onto a second carrier, wherein encoded data on the first carrier for the block of data may be used for error detection and/or error correction of encoded data on the second carrier for the block of data. Error detection and correction for the encoded block may be performed across the plurality of carriers, which may provide frequency diversity for the block of data.

A web management system (10) includes a plurality of clients (11) for entering requests for web management, a web application (12) and a function module (13). The web application includes a web server (121) for authenticating the clients, a configuration manager (125) for performing the web management according to the requests, and a common gateway interface (123) for interaction of the web server and the configuration manager. The web server stores authentication information on the clients. The function module provides support for the configuration manager to perform the web management. A related web management method is also disclosed.

Disclosed in some examples is a method, the method including detecting that an RDMS is recovering from a failure; sending a request for a last committed transaction on a replication component to the replication component; receiving, from the replication component, the last committed transaction which identifies a transaction that was the last committed transaction at a replication component at a time of RDMS failure; determining that a transaction log on the RDMS includes a transaction that had not yet been replicated at the time of RDMS failure which was committed on the transaction log subsequent to the last committed transaction received from the replication component; and based on that determination rolling back the transaction that had not yet been replicated at the time of RDMS failure.

A distributed database system providing data and space management methodology. In a distributed database system having an allocation page for tracking allocation and deallocation of data pages including a deallocation bit for tracking data page deallocation, a method for determining when to clear the deallocation bit during recovery comprises: during runtime operation, generating log records recording allocation and deallocation of data pages, setting the deallocation bit during deallocation of a data page by a transaction, and clearing the deallocation bit after the transaction has committed; during recovery following a failure, identifying a particular log record corresponding to the deallocation bit set during deallocation of a given data page; determining whether the deallocation of the given data page recorded in the particular log record committed prior to the failure; and if the deallocation of the given data page committed prior to the failure, clearing the deallocation bit.

A data synchronization system and method. The method includes that when a change happens in a source application, data is collected from a source application based on a target application subscribing the source application and collection data is transmitted to the target application or is directly inserted to target database. The system includes data collection unit and distribution unit. The present invention may realize synchronization on demand, simultaneously reduce greatly synchronous data quantity, decrease network load, and guarantee smoothness and stabilization of network. The present invention applies to data synchronization of enterprise internal/external data systems, telecommunication networks, etc.

A distributed database system providing data and space management methodology. In a distributed system consisting a plurality of servers sharing access to data pages, a method for setting a timestamp indicating when modifications to data pages are made in a non-regressing fashion includes steps of: maintaining a local sequence at each server and an allocation page timestamp on an allocation page; upon allocation of a data page, applying a timestamp to the data page which is greater than the allocation page timestamp; upon modification of a given data page at a particular server, setting the timestamp on the given data page to the greater of the local sequence at the particular server and an existing timestamp already on the given data page; and when data pages are deallocated, adjusting the allocation page timestamp to a value greater than the timestamp value on any deallocated data page.

The present invention relates to a technique of capturing screen. It discloses a method for capturing screen based on WDDM, which is aimed at solving the problem that the existing techniques are not suitable for Vista. The method comprise the steps of outputting commands of drawing image by an image display processing engine; analyzing the commands of drawing image by a filter driver, determining whether a display adapter can execute the commands in accordance with the registered capacities of the display adapter, and transmitting the commands to the display adapter if the display adapter can execute the commands; generating image data to be displayed in accordance with the commands by the display adapter, and transmitting the generated image data back to the filter driver; and buffering the image data to be displayed in the filter driver. The present invention also discloses a computer system with a plurality of displays employing the method described above. The present invention can be easily implemented, and the captured screen image and the image on the local display terminal have the same image quality.
