    摘要: A transmit end obtains a frequency hopping parameter and resource allocation information of a to-be-transmitted message, where the frequency hopping parameter includes at least one of bandwidth part indication information, beam indication information, reference signal configuration information, subcarrier spacing indication information, transmission waveform indication information, slot type indication information, channel type indication information, or transmission carrier indication information. The transmit end determines, based on the resource allocation information and the frequency hopping parameter, a physical resource used to send the to-be-transmitted message, where the physical resource includes information about a frequency domain resource on which the to-be-transmitted message is mapped in at least one time unit. The transmit end sends the to-be-transmitted message by using the physical resource.

One example information transmission method includes determining resources for carrying N pieces of uplink control information (UCI) partly overlap or completely overlap in time domain. The N pieces of UCI include at least one piece of beam channel quality information and at least one of a piece of channel state information or an acknowledgement (ACK)/a negative acknowledgement (NACK). A priority of the beam channel quality information is higher than a priority of the channel state information, and/or lower than a priority of the ACK/NACK.

The information interchange method includes interchanging discontinuous data transmission parameter configuration information with a fourth base station, so that a base station side executes scheduling and/or mobility management on a user equipment. The residence method includes sending indication information to a UE, the indication information being used for indicating whether the UE can reside in this cell or not, an object of the UE that can be resident, an object of the UE that cannot be resident, and at least one of the size and type of the cell.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for reporting a measurement report of a measurement event, including: determining that a measurement event is generated in a user equipment (UE) in an activated state of discontinuous reception (DRX) mode; judging whether a first time to trigger corresponding to the measurement event is valid when it is determined that there is a measurement event generated; using, when it is judged that the first time to trigger is valid, the first time to trigger to time the measurement event; using, when it is judged that the first time to trigger is invalid, a second time to trigger to time the measurement event, such that the UE is in next one or next several activated states of DRX mode after the generation of the measurement event. The present disclosure can improve a success rate of mobility handover between cells or wireless link quality.
