The method includes: receiving configuration information from a network device, where the configuration information indicates an occasion and/or a period for sending a measurement signal on a second uplink carrier; obtaining signal quality or signal strength on a downlink carrier associated with a first uplink carrier, or signal quality or signal strength on a downlink resource on a first uplink carrier; and when a first condition is met, sending the measurement signal on the second uplink carrier by occupying the occasion and/or the period; or when a first condition is not met, determining not to send the measurement signal on the second uplink carrier by occupying the occasion and/or the period.

The method includes: determining first NR power based on first AMPR, where the first AMPR is calculated based on first resource allocation information and NR scheduling information; determining LTE power based on second AMPR, where the second AMPR is calculated based on LTE scheduling information and second resource allocation information; and when a sum of the first NR power and the LTE power is greater than maximum transmit power of a terminal device, sending LTE information to the first access device at the LTE power on time domain resources that completely or partially overlap each other, and sending NR information to the second access device at second NR power or skipping sending NR information, where the second NR power is less than the first NR power.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for determining an active time of UE, where the method includes: acquiring extension information of a DTX active time of a base station; and adjusting a DTX active time of the UE according to the extension information, and using an overlapped time between the DTX active time of the UE and a DRX active time of the UE as an active time of the UE for listening on a PDCCH channel. The UE can learn a latest DTX condition according to a change of the DTX on a base station side in a manner of acquiring extension information of a DTX active time of the base station, and therefore can determine a correct active time of the UE with reference to DRX of the UE, thereby ultimately ensuring QoS of the UE.

摘要: A random access method and an evolved Node B (eNB) is described. The method includes: receiving, by a target evolved Node B (eNB), a handover request message including information of multiple target component carriers selected by the source eNB; determining, by the target eNB, whether to allow the multiple target component carriers selected by the source eNB; sending, by the target eNB, a handover request acknowledgement message including information about at least two determined target component carriers for the UE. If the multiple target component carriers selected by the source eNB are allowed by the target eNB, the at least two determined target component carriers include the multiple target component carriers selected by the source eNB. Otherwise, the at least two determined target component carriers include one or more newly configured target component carriers configured by the target eNB.
