Embodiments provide a positioning method, a control device, and a mobile communications system. A control device receives a first positioning measurement parameter used for positioning a user equipment (UE). The first positioning measurement parameter is received through one communications system interface or multiple communications system interfaces among N communications system interfaces supported by the control device. The control device positions the UE according to the received first positioning measurement parameter.

The present invention provides a method including receiving, by a terminal, a switching command is large. The method includes: acquiring designated channel resource information from channel resources used by a source base station; acquiring information of a relevant base station using a designated channel resource except the source base station; sending indication signaling to the relevant base station according to the information of the relevant base station, where the indication signaling carries the designated channel resource information, the indication signaling is used to instruct the relevant base station to stop using the designated channel resource when the mobile terminal switches to a target base station; sending a switching request message to the target base station; and sending the switching command to the mobile terminal through the designated channel resource.

The method includes: determining, by the first network node, a first radio resource and a second radio resource that are different from each other, where the first radio resource is a resource used for transmitting first uplink information between the user equipment and the first network node and the second radio resource is a resource used for transmitting second uplink information between the user equipment and the second network node; and sending, by the first network node, uplink transmission configuration information to the user equipment, where the uplink transmission configuration information is used to indicate the first radio resource and the second radio resource, so that the user equipment sends the first uplink information and the second uplink information according to the uplink transmission configuration information.
