Abstract: A data transmission method, including: receiving, by a terminal device on a first time domain resource, at least one piece of downlink data sent by a network device; and sending receiving status information to the network device on a second time domain resource. A transmission time interval of any piece of downlink data is less than a transmission time interval of the receiving status information, and the transmission time interval of the any piece of downlink data is less than 1 ms. According to the data transmission method, a transmission time interval of downlink data and a time interval between a sending time of the receiving status information and a receiving time of the at least one piece of downlink data are shortened, thereby reducing a latency.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide methods for transmitting and receiving a control channel, a base station, and a user equipment, which relate to the communication field, and can solve a transmission problem of available changing transmission resources caused by introduction of an E-PDCCH. A method includes determining, by a terminal device, a resource set and resource elements (REs) of predetermined overheads in the resource set. The REs of the predetermined overheads include an RE of at least one of a paging channel and a synchronization channel, with at least one of following REs: an RE of a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS), an RE of a cell-specific reference signal (CRS), an RE of a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), or a muted RE. The terminal device receives from a base station, a control channel on an RE subset comprised in the resource set, wherein the RE subset comprises a part of the REs in the resource set and do not contain the REs of the predetermined overheads.

The data transmission method includes: receiving, by a network device, a first reference signal and a first physical channel that are sent by a first terminal device, where the first reference signal is at the ith symbol in a slot, i is a positive integer less than 7, the first physical channel occupies n symbols in the slot, and n is 1, 2, or 3; and demodulating, by the network device, the first physical channel according to the first reference signal. According to the present disclosure, a data transmission latency can be reduced.

The method also includes receiving, by the terminal device, scheduling information on a first time resource, and determining, by the terminal device, a target time resource, where the target time resource includes a second time resource or a third time resource, and a time interval between the second time resource and the first time resource is greater than a time interval between the third time resource and the first time resource. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal device, a second transport block on the target time resource based on the scheduling information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and discloses a random access method and apparatus, a base station, and UE, to resolve a problem of long time required by random access. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a base station receives a random access preamble sent by user equipment UE, where the random access preamble is used to indicate that the UE has a first transmission capability; the base station sends DCI to the UE by using a PDCCH; the base station sends an RAR for the random access preamble to the UE by using a DL-SCH transport block indicated by the DCI; and the base station receives a UL-SCH transport block sent by the UE according to uplink scheduling information carried by the RAR. Solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable to a process in which UE accesses a network.

In this way, after a new technology is introduced, a problem that carrier mapping manners of an uplink signal and a downlink signal that are on a same time-frequency resource are different can be overcome, which helps a receiver of a communication signal perform interference cancellation.
