Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for generating a reference signal. The method includes: a user equipment receiving a first signaling carrying reference signal solution information sent by a base station, wherein the reference signal solution information has at least one mapping relation with at least one piece of orthogonal code configuration information and at least one hopping mode, and the at least one mapping relation is stored in the base station and the user equipment; determining a corresponding piece of orthogonal code configuration information and a corresponding hopping mode according to the received reference signal solution information and the stored at least one mapping relation; and generating a reference signal according to the determined piece of orthogonal code configuration information and the determined hopping mode.

Abstract: A light projection apparatus includes an information obtaining module, a processing module, and a projection module. The information obtaining module is configured to obtain environment information and status information of a first object. The processing module is configured to determine, based on the status information, that the first object is a potentially dangerous object; determine a potentially dangerous area of the first object; determine a to-be-projected area based on the potentially dangerous area and the environment information, where the to-be-projected area is an area in which there is no light projection and light projection is allowed; and determine whether the to-be-projected area is within a projection range of the projection module. In response to a first result determined by the processing module, the projection module performs light projection in the to-be-projected area, to prompt a potential danger caused by the first object.

Abstract: The present invention provides a signal measurement method and apparatus, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, a measurement configuration message sent by a base station, where the measurement configuration message is used to indicate a reference signal type; performing, by the UE according to the reference signal type indicated by the measurement configuration message, signal quality measurement on a cell to obtain a measurement result; and sending, by the UE, the measurement result to the base station. The method provided in embodiments of the present invention is used to resolve a technical problem in the prior art that normal communication of UE cannot be ensured because RSRP and/or RSRQ of neighboring cells cannot be measured based on an existing reference signal when the neighboring cells use different carrier types.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for detecting a signal on an unlicensed spectrum channel, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment, instruction information sent by a base station; and starting, by the user equipment according to the instruction information, to detect a signal on an unlicensed spectrum channel. According to the present invention, only when receiving the instruction information sent by the base station, the user equipment detects the signal on the unlicensed spectrum channel according to the instruction information. This reduces power consumption of the user equipment.

Abstract: A method and a device for notifying reference signal configuration information are disclosed. Channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration information is coded, to obtain a CSI-RS configuration information code. A mapping relation between the CSI-RS configuration information code and the CSI-RS configuration information is stored. A CSI-RS configuration information code corresponding to CSI-RS configuration information to be notified is searched in the stored mapping relation between the CSI-RS configuration information code and the CSI-RS configuration information. The searched CSI-RS configuration information code is sent to a user equipment (UE), so that the UE determines CSI-RS configuration information according to the received CSI-RS configuration information code and the mapping relation between the CSI-RS configuration information code and the CSI-RS configuration information.
